Kelly Thompson is probably best known for writing Kate Bishop Hawkeye. Right now she's writing Birds of Prey (which I've been reading). I feel like she tends to write a strong first 4-5 issues and after that the quality varies wildly issue to issue. Although the same can be said for a lot of writers. Since Scarlett is only 5 issues total this comic will probably enjoyable throughout. I've always preferred more practical outfits with hints of sex appeal every now and then. Finally, I really appreciate when you reverse engineer how certain effects were made. I'm not an artist and it's always interesting to hear.

That's right, Kate bishop Hawkeye. That's where I saw her name. I am also enjoying Bird's of Prey. I never thought to look at who was writing it. She does do good 5-6 issue story arches well, so Scarlet should be pretty good.
