Started my first prop challenge and went straight into drawdown-3% for the whole of February, just closed the month back into original balance. Great advice here
Thank you so much Wills for this. Please talk more about losses and drawdowns. I feel most mentors and Good Traders overlook this aspect claiming drawdowns are just drawdowns. Ignoring the systematic process that can either reduce them or recover from them. Bless🙏
Take your time brother and don’t rush the process. Also pay attention to the things he mentioned in the video it’s really important and will get you out of drawdown
You should look into a thing called flatlining drawdown, watch a video called: “ICT Forex: Money Management That Works”. Some constructive criticism here and please take this in the best way, you’re not a trader and will never be a trader if your balance is that sporadic, you need to work on controlling your emotions and focus on how to build a balanced equity curve and respectable track record. Think of this as a business, and in business you want your losses/overheads to be a small as possible and as less frequent as possible. You can crack this but think of the bigger picture and you will make it. Good luck man

@@User-po5yt 2trades per day max but there's time that I have no trade per day if no set ups for that day I rather watch the market than forcing a entry
Im glad imantrading is bringing those exposing videos to the table, people need to realize this is a serious thing, not a cult type of game or whatever that bs narrative that guy (ICT) pushes people upon.
Uping risk while in a drawdown kinda makes sense , but I believe only for real experienced traders, bc if your strat is 60% win rate , and you lost 5 in a row , the possibility of the next ones being winners is higher than before (statistically), but again anything can happen , but yeah that ICT dude not good from what I’ve also been hearing.
ICT does not teach anyone to up their risk when in drawdown… He teaches you how to flatline drawdown which is actually cutting your risk after each loss. If you see him doubling his risk that’s just because he’s totally comfortable in trading hence doing it for many years. Would never normally comment as I resent doing it but if your reading this and see comments like this guy has put they have for certain never sat and took his content in from the older teachings to the newer content. These sort of people want something that is going to work and constantly work with minimal to no effort and they know it that’s why they bite and say these sort of things about actual educators. The whole trading community is so toxic in this day and age.
@@Luis-ip1nn this is incorrect. If you have a 60% wr, the probability of your next trade being a win is 60%. Period. It does not go up with after every loss.
