    Polymerization starts from +ve end and Depolymerization from -ve end. Is that so...
    It is a little bit confusing because you say that G-Actin are added and deleted from both ends

      Polymerization starts from +ve end and depolymerization is occuring at faster rate towards -ve end as compared to + ve end. This occurs only when the monomer amount is below 0.6 um and above 0.1 um. In this condition this occurs.
