Glad you enjoyed. She's kind of my weekend project right now. About a month ago, she was sitting all the way on the frame rails out in the field, now she's at least driveable again. I'm currently being held up by the new vinyl top.
Fortunately, they didn't make that mistake. She's seen better days, but I will be getting her back to former glory. Just a month ago she was sitting in a field, all the way to the frame rails. Now she's running and driving again. Thanks!
Yeah, they were basically the same car. I would take the 307 olds in the buick over the 4100HT in the Caddy. And yeah, that TH200-R4 is a questionable transmission, they leak like crazy.
Great story, I'm glad your parents are okay! And sometimes Devine intervention really does happen. I love the part where you mom had a "hell raising" boy. Been there, done that. lol Now get that car back together, it deserves it.
Oooo, I like the cordobas, never had one though. I will start uploading some content on the buick as I build on it, it was reaching the point of no return, but I fixed a LOT of stuff on it.
Amazing story. Gave me chills. Angels indeed. I hope you keep the car going.

Feels good to hear a story like this, thanks for sharing!
Glad you enjoyed it.
When you said head bolts I automatically assumed it was the 5.7 Diesel. Beautiful car!! Glad your Dad made it!!

Bro, that’s getting spiritual for sure so Godbless and thanks for the story.
Cool stories man! The car reminds me of my 84 sedan deville d'elegance. Loved that car (minus the transmission lol)

I've got more videos coming on that car and believe me when I say I've already done a LOT to it.
I have one just like it
Same car lol

That's it
That 82 Eldorado ( with the shit HT 4100) would never have lasted the life that the Buick has had.
Agreed. The 307 olds might be a boat anchor, but it's a damned reliable boat anchor.
@@316Autos i just got mines out the paint shop got 1 chrome trim to put on it... to finish it off
@@jacobmiddleton5944 Nice! Always a great moment when that final piece goes on.
