    Roasted Chicken Rice Recipe
    Ingredients (for 2 pax):
    Rice:
    1 full bowl of Uncooked Rice, washed
    1 tbsp Butter
    1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
    3 inches Ginger, sliced
    1 piece of Chicken Stock Cube
    2 bowls of Water
    Roast Chicken:
    2 pieces of Chicken Thighs (bones removed)
    2 large bowls of Water
    5 cloves Garlic, chopped
    4 inches Ginger, sliced
    1 stalk of Spring Onion, cut 4 inches long
    Salt to taste
    Roast sauce:
    1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
    1 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp Black Pepper
    1 tbsp Honey
    1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp Brown Sugar
    1 tsp 5-Spice Powder
    (star anise, cloves, cinnamon bark, cumin & black pepper)

    Bahan - bahan (untuk 2 orang):
    Nasi:
    1 mangkuk penuh Beras, dibasuh
    1 sb Mentega
    1 sb Bawang Putih Cincang
    3 inci Halia, dipotong keping
    1 ketul Kiub Stok Ayam
    2 mangkuk Air
    Ayam Panggang:
    2 keping Peha Ayam (dibuang tulang)
    2 mangkuk besar Air
    5 ulas Bawang Putih, dicincang kasar
    4 inci Halia, dipotong keping
    1 tangkai Daun Bawang, dipotong 4 inci panjang
    Garam secukup rasa
    Sos panggang:
    1 sb Sos Tiram
    1 sb Sos Kicap
    1 sb Serbuk Lada Hitam
    1 sb Madu
    1 sb Sos Kicap Pekat
    1 sb Gula Perang
    1 sdk Serbuk Rempah Campuran
    (bunga lawang, bunga cengkih, kulit kayu manis, jintan & lada hitam)
