You probably don't use UA-cam anymore but in the off chance you do. The person uses a special software that allows you to dissect any song you want into individual instruments, vocals or effects used in the song as long as it is a master track.
Listen to it with headphones, and turn the volume all the way up, it's clearly Matt's voice, that sounds nothing like Dom, he and Matt have very different voices, there's absolutely no way to confuse them.
Rucha Shambharkar Dom is sadly the tone deaf member of Muse. He does actually take part in the vocals of this song, though. That distorted "sucked into the supermassive," that you hear in the song is him speaking into a microphone with processors and things on it.
