Hugh may be the world’s most perfect man in the world - the looks, muscles, talent, voice, and personality.... what’s not to love! He is the Greatest Showman!
Hugh Jackman was perfect as P.T Barnum, he has such an amazing voice, he truly is the Greatest Showman
He’s obviously one of the greatest people of all time. What a legend!
I'm so glad you said "people" and not just performer. He is so incredibly down to earth, terrific sense of humour, easy on the eyes, great family man........ No wonder everyone loves to work with him and never a bad word spoken. A great human being.
@@krisushi1 He’s an absolutely wonderful person all round ❤️❤️❤️🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
He slice
He dice
But most important
He sing real nice
Not actually mine, but it deserves to be seen by thousands.
Yup Yuppers but most importantly he is wolverine
I don't know if this counts but his perfomance along side the whole cast of Les Miserables at the Oscars is so amazing. All of them sang beautifully. One of the greatest musical perfomances I've seen at the Oscar's Ceremony indeed.
I was lucky enough to see Hugh in Beauty and the Beast back in 1995.
I took my daughter who was a bit cranky, due to long bus trip and long wait, but I have never seen a small child cheer up so fast when the music started with a bang.
It was a great show.
I love Jeremy Jordan’s intense face when Hugh starts singing in the last video. The look of “you’re not supposed to be singing, I’m supposed to be singing, why are you singing?” Then he just bursts out laughing. It’s so sweet
Jeremy Jordan is awesome
Hey, you know he was singing right? 😂 not laughing 😂 if you watch it again you can hear him singing 😂
@@c0llapsingst4rs
He does laugh at one point. It's short but it's there.
SlytherinKing 02 oh okay
Jeremy just like "Hugh. Hugh. Stop it Hugh. You're not supposed to do this man, you gotta stop."
Love, love, love Hugh Jackman in every way: his talent, looks, voice, personality, wit, plus he adores his wife. He is truly a classy man.
Greatest showman he is ❤️
I agree
Yep
I couldn't agree more.
+Holly ludlow yassss I couldn't agree more, such a lovely voice he has too ♥♥♥♥
😃
I loved seeing Hugh sing From Now On behind the scenes. He really is a very talented actor, singer, and dancer. The greatest showman. And to those who say Brendon Urie is the greatest showman just because he did The Greatest Show in the Reimagined album, get the crap out of here.
Loved The Greatest showman but the behind the scenes stuff was soul changing to watch. That process looked like the most cathartic musical movie/theater moment ever. So glad they recorded that!!!
hugh is and always will be "The Greatest Showman"
I don’t totally agree with this list, but my celebrity crush is HJ. He’s age appropriate, and I love musical theater. I have never seen his Wolverine movies, but I LOVE his musical theater/ hosting, and respect his dedication and not exploitation of his family. Hugh Jackman seems to be an all around great guy, and despite amazing talent and looks, seems grounded and humble.
Hello Super fan, how are you doing today, I know you would have be so amazed and shocked to get a comment from me, it's actually nothing to me, as I'm down to earth and I believe well that humans are equal to God, I'm just in my leisure and I had to text someone...
Is there anything the man can' t do? He's handsome, he's intelligent, he has muscles, he acts, dances, sings, he has charisma and the longest legs in theater (Boy From Oz!).
And he's an Aussie. 🇦🇺
He can also cook
so much to love about Hugh. He's handsome, he's sexy, he's a really good actor with range, and he's got the voice of an angel.
To me, Hugh is one of the greatest actors to have ever graced Hollywood. I was lucky enough to see him Live on his One Man show and WOW. Not only is he a sensational Actor, but a great Dancer and a brilliant Singer. Along with all of that, he always comes across as a real kind and generous person. An actual Hollywood Legend. ❤
Hugh Jackman is the best singer in any musical; I hope he and Neil Patrick Harris will host either the Tonys or the Oscars as a duo.
Not harris.
Truly there are few roles that he couldn't do justice to. Just a phenom.
They've done the Tonys, although separately. I'd love to see them together bringing some life and fun into the Oscars. What a team! I'm a Aussie and have always followed Hughs' career but due to my love of theatre greatly admire Neil Patrick Harris. Let's wake up those boring Oscars!
@@saradecapua3264 If not Harris, who is talented enough to keep up with Hugh? Even in The Greatest Showman, Zac Effron couldn't keep up. Or are you suggesting that Hugh host by himself?
@@lonellfletcher Sorry, but I can't think of anything he couldn't do, he has already. You're most correct, Hugh is phenomenal!!!
I love this man!! And who also would like to see him as the Phantom in Phantom of the Opera?
Omg yasssssssss
YES, GOD YES!
.... I never knew I needed this until now
Yes! He would make a way better phantom than Gerard!
This is really Ironic, because...he was actually asked by Joel Schumacher, but he had to turn it down because at the time he was already doing Van-Helsing.
I was so happy to see the behind the scenes version of From Now On as number one. It took a lot of guts for him to sing, despite knowing he could rip open his stitches. But he did it anyway because of his passion for music and theater. I'm always smiling when watching that video because it's truly inspirational, and From Now On is also my favorite song from The Greatest Showman.
How on earth can you heap praise (rightly) on Hugh and Zach for "The Other Side" and not even mention that amazing barman?
Right? He was as much part of the routine as them.
I never really noticed him til now,, he's amazing
That's Daniel Cloud Campos; he's a multitalent really (and also on UA-cam)
I do agree but this video is about Hugh, not The Greatest Showman. Zac didn't do a great deal in that scene anyway and Hugh is always the better performer. Some people just have that natural talent.
The bartender is also tbe choreographer so thats pretty cool too!
He's my favourite actor and did most of these songs on his tour The Man. The Music. The Show. He was amazing and hilarious. Seeing him sing live with Keala Settle made me cry my eyes out, it was stunning.
The first time I ran across "From Now On", I actually had tears in my eyes by the end of the song. Hugh Jackson is magic!
He's got the old-fashioned musical period. I love this guy!
Hello Super fan, how are you doing today, I know you would have be so amazed and shocked to get a comment from me, it's actually nothing to me, as I'm down to earth and I believe well that humans are equal to God, I'm just in my leisure and I had to text someone......
The thumbs up was for ‘From Now On’, I absolutely love the back stage rendition more than the finished product. The emotional atmosphere is tangible, everyone was amazing and engaged. It was, and is, the best anthem because of the way it inspired the whole room to join in and to do so with everything they had.
Hackman is truly an amazing singer, dancer, actor. He is so passionate and compelling ♥️🥂
Hello Super fan, how are you doing today, I know you would have be so amazed and shocked to get a comment from me, it's actually nothing to me, as I'm down to earth and I believe well that humans are equal to God, I'm just in my leisure and I had to text someone......
His other performance are all absolute gems, but I particularly like his opening number for the 2009 Oscar Award Night. His voice and Anne Hathaway’s is a match made in heaven!
Hugh Jackman is so awesome when he's in the musical zone!! 😍👏🏻
What many don't realise that he has done his fair share of straight acting on television and movies. I'm an Aussie and have followed his career from the start. Just as an example, watch how good he is in Kate and Leopold, he can't put a foot wrong no matter what he does. You can just see it on his face how much he loves to sing!
I feel that he loves doing musicals rather than action movies, or that he would rather be remembered for his musical talents, than as wolverine.
I feel this too!
Well, why be remembered as a singular threat when it's clear you're a TRIPLE threat?
I like action and musical
For sure! He hated being Wolverine until he got to do Logan.
Cyrus Bird-Walker he didn’t hate wolverine at all, just Becuase he likes doing musicals doesn’t mean he hates his other acting roles ....
I love him since my childhood 😄 I really admire him not only as an artist but also as a person who conduct himself properly at all times.
I love how he couldn't resist singing. That's how I am, not supposed to sing sometimes (if I pop my jaw it causes severe pain) but the music just moves me and I can't resist. How Hugh and everyone else got into that song just makes me smile.

He is the Greatest Showman.
Boy from Oz is Hugh's Best Work. He Nailed it.
This is what got him noticed in the States. Even Steven Spielberg was blown away by that performance. It's a shame that the clip showing him playing Peter Allen, they hadn't a clue why he was wearing what he was. The Boy From Oz should have had it's own number, was shocked it was brushed over.
He nails everything he does......magnificent man!!🌹💋🎶💐☝🏼
He's just fabulous! Showman is my favorite!
I got the GReatest Showman video from the library just before the Covid lockdown and it hasn’t gone back yet! I’ve been watching or going to see musicals for 60+ years and Jackman may well be the greatest performer I’ve seen. I didn’t know he had done Oklahoma, a classic, and was happy to see him doing just a bit, and of course The iconic song of the show. And singing with Aretha? DAmnation!
Finally a Mojo video where I 100% agree with the #1, I've watched that workshop version so many times and cry every single time still
Omg n°5
I was singing so loud to the greatest showman songs 😂😂
My Favorite is From LES MISIRABLES ...it made me cry... i never cry...
reginald56000 still one of my favorite broadway shows EVER and it always will be. I cry every single time
i fell you
I cried as well.........not apparently because of the reasons you did---but because it was like fingernails on a chalkboard!
Les mis made me cry for at LEAST 1 hour
Steve Johnson that’s mean
Basically, the Greatest Showman. 😍
Hugh Jackman superstar!!!
No1 the perfect choice. The energy in that room looked phenomenal
I love him for the opening of the 2009 Oscars Awards!
His voice is perfect
I don't believe in perfection but he comes as close as you could get. He just has that raw natural talent that makes everything he does look so easy when it definitely is not. I get goosebumps each time he opens those vocal cords.
I forgot he played Gaston in Beauty and the beast in Australia, and he said in an interview he drank too much water he literally pissed himself haha 😂😂😂😊
Disney65Fan that’s the first interview I saw of Hugh Jackman and I fell in love with him
One of the greatest singers in Broadway history. He is the Greatest Showman ever ❤️ love him so much from Charles Bosselman
Awesome! I didn't know that Hugh Jackman had such a history of singing! He's incredible!
Hello Super fan, how are you doing today, I know you would have be so amazed and shocked to get a comment from me, it's actually nothing to me, as I'm down to earth and I believe well that humans are equal to God, I'm just in my leisure and I had to text someone.....,..
Who are you?
I first saw Jackman when he did that “throwaway” role in the movie having to do with the building of the Brooklyn Bridge… Leopold and Kate??? He possessed that ineffable quality that compelled me to go and find out what else he had done. The only thing I could find in those days at blockbuster (yes it was that long ago) was “someone like you,” with Ashley Judd. Needless to say, I was hooked!!! In my next life I’m going to be wealthy and healthy enough to see, in person, every live performance he’s done. An amazing talent that is by all reports, an apparently a really nice guy…. and still in love with his wife. Who knew Gods could fit that all into one package!
I love him so much 😭 Such a wonderful presence on this earth 💚
His a real showman who can sing, dance and act.
Kinda wished Hugh Jackman would have sung in Kate and Leopold. ....sighs. Now that would be awesome.
Adore, adore, adore! The man, the talent transcends.
I love “Who am I”, but imo “The Confrontation” and especially “Suddenly” - the song composed for the LesMis movie - were Jackman’s top highlights....but I adore the whole movie (including Russell Crowe’s singing performance) so I might not be really objective. 😍😊
Thank you, you've made my day. I have got so tired of the unwarranted criticism Russell received from Les Mis. In my opinion he did great with some not so easy songs. I wouldn't have chosen anyone else. The only tweak I'd make would be to tell Eddie Redmayne to stop trying to sing over everyone else.
LucienSabre he didn’t sound good in les mis in my opinion.
Elliott Moose Who are you referring to, Hugh or Russell? Personally, I think Russell did a terrific job despite the critics. That part was made for him, acting and singing wise.
Russell did not have the singing range or ability for the part of Javert at all; he acted fantastically, I can agree there...but if you've seen/listened to any other version of Javert then you know he was not up to par singing wise
@@TheWiseGrif What you are forgetting here is this wasn't meant to be a filmed stage musical but a story told in song and voice. It wasn't about the quality of the vocals whilst singing but how it was portrayed. I've definitely heard Hugh Jackman sing many times better than this and found he did the worst performance of 'Bring Him Home' I've heard but that's because it's being compared to the musical, not a movie which includes both types of vocals. This is what so many forget, this is a movie, not a filmed musical. When you watch it again, listen to how different Hughs voice is.
Hugh Jackman is a true showman and a bloody wonderful man ❤️❤️❤️🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
Never new he could sing & dance!!! Acting I love him& now singing, dancing!!! LOVE HIM!!!
Hugh Jackman is what I call a real entertainer. He should be named besides Sinatra, Astaire and Kelly.
Also 'From now on' seems to mean a lot for him, when you look at the documentary behind the scenes. He couldn't hold back singing and when he started singing he filled the room with an incredible energy that caught everybody.
Sure, he will be remembered as wolverine, and by far a great wolverine, but I rather watch his performance with NPH, another great entertainer in my opinion, than the X-men movies again and again.
#1 is my favorite thing with Hugh Jackman!! Nothing can beat it, the emotions!!!
He is truly amazingly talented!
What a brilliant master of the musicals. ❤️❤️
This man is a triple threat. He can sing dance and act
He is the greatest and Australia is proud.
Ah, from now on, my second favorite song. From my favorite movie. Makes me cry.
I saw Hugh as Gaston in Australia
Wauw! You're lucky! ;)
Me too! It was my first musical.
DID YOU SEE THE PERFORMANCE WHERE HE PEED HIMSELF ON STAGE
Same!
What about his Oscars 2009 opening??
Not even in mentions??
Agreed! That was just astounding, and quite frankly the best part of those Oscars!
Seriously! It's made all the more impressive when you know they really were cutting back that year and like the craigslist dancers...really were from Craigslist.
They're not big on doing their research on this site. I'm an Aussie and have followed his career from the start. They don't bother with anything that America didn't have a hand in, the business I mean.
I was just going to mention that... the Oscars opening but also the musical medley they did there!
HELLO THANK YOUUU!!!!!
He deserves all the awards the world of entertainment can offer!...❤🎉
voice of an angel
body of a greek god
smile that could soften the hardest hearts
He's just the gift that keeps giving.
The amusement on his face as he sings the wolverine musical lyrics with such seriousness is perfection
633: When I was a kid, I love him in Happy Feet. He’s the voice of Mumble’s dad
More than his acting and dance moves, i ABSOLUTELY love his singing voice.
I would have honestly put “Bring Him Home” over “Who Am I” on the list. His performance was more emotional and powerful during that song.
I think for any other actor playing Valjean "Bring Him Home" would be the number one on any list, but no matter how much I love Jackman in, like everything, "bring him home" was a bit disappointing for me. It is supposed to be sung vulnerable and he was way too loud. I prefer a softer and more intimate version. But I see that you love the fact he sung it so powerful so it worked out for you :P
Bring Him Home was absolutely atrocious and shouldn’t be on any “best of” list at all. Greatest Showman was wonderful but Bring Him Home is a blight on his career.
He brought back Broadway with Covid, catching it as well
NO ONE COULD DO THIS. HE IS THE BEST SINGER AND DANCER
He's never allowed to die. Not until he's reached 105 with a solid 20 years off from performing minimum, only if he wants to tho. I feel like he loves performing, and if he truly does, keep going sir
Thanks for your love and support ❤❤❤. Hope you keep seeing my movies
We Australians salute you Hugh Jackman!
Hugh Jackman is the most talented actor/singer/dancer in the entertainment industry today!
Oh bless you, you are one of the best ever. If not the best, all round entertainers 😍 Love you Hugh Jackman ❤️ 😘
The ONLY mistake is putting “Who Am I?” Instead of “Valjean’s Soliloquy”. That is HIS MOMENT in Les Mis.
Bring him home is better then both of them in my opinion
@@samlegeret7691 Unfortunately, I have to disagree. He could have done it much better and whenever I hear others sing it, I just wish Hugh had done it better as that is THE song of Les Mis.
I agree! Valjean's Soliloquy represented the convict's first epiphany - his moment of redemption ( arguably the most abiding theme of the story/musical) . It was Hugh Jackman's most dramatic moment as well as when he showed his full musical range. He was nominated for an Oscar that year and had he won, the Soliloquy could have been his Oscar moment!
I THINK that should have Hugh and Neil Patrick Harris host next years oscars!!!! and Hugh is awesome!! he's doing us Aussie's proud!!!
Quite coincidental that this was released on his birthday. 😁
Bridget The Rose Probably not a coincidence
Are we just going to ignore his Oscar opening? Iconic
Ikr🤦
that is the greatest musical performance in not just Oscars history but any award show history
For me it was seeing him hosting Carols in The Domain 1998. He performed with other singers and on his own that night. He did brilliantly. And yes, I was there in the Domain to see it.🙂
Absolutely love this man. Didn’t know him outside of his theater work. My husband was like, “he’s wolverine”…. And? Hahaha
This was Ms. Mojo's greatest list! "From Now On" definitely deserves to be #1!!!!
Have you any idea how many musical performances Hugh has done. They could've found many many more if they bothered to research his entire career but they only stuck to a few. There would be more even greater.
him in the boy from oz is immaculate 👌🏼
Versatility to the max❤️
Love Hugh Jackman !!
I went to see Hugh Jackman in Manchester in May on his tour 💚 amazing performer 💚
I saw him in Houston!
The Dallas show was amazing. My sister and I loved the entire show!
I loved him in The Greatest Showman
Dear God, can i please have 1/10th of Hugh's talent ?
Anybody else start crying when they saw the choice for number one?
I did. But probably not for the same reason as others.
I could watch this daily
I definitely agree with the number 1 choice! I’ve watched that From Now On video multiple times!
#1 makes me tear up every time I see it. Hugh is the greatest showman!
I am a little sad his "Musicals are Back!" performance from the Oscars isn't on this list though. THAT was an awesome musical moment.
I looks more passionate singing than being Wolverine and honestly, it suits him! He’s amazing!
He is a truly amazing performer!
Idk about y'all but my favorite Hugh Jackson performance in a musical is that one in Night at the Museum 3. Easily his best work.
Great list!! But, where’s his Oscar performance????
Amanda Levesque I know that was amazing
Amanda Levesque, the best ever!
Best Oscar Performance ever.
Happy 50th B-day Hugh Jackman 🎂🎈🎉🎊🎇🎆
Wait he’s 50 now? What rock have I been living under?
oh gosh.. i've loved this guy since I was in 6th grade 😂
Absolutely agree with this list!
Love Huagh Jackman!!!
I love Hugh Jackman's voice both spoken and sung. He is a marvel and wonderful to watch, too. I would love to see him in more musicals and/or to have musical moments with him in otherwise non-musical movies.
Hello Super fan, how are you doing today, I know you would have be so amazed and shocked to get a comment from me, it's actually nothing to me, as I'm down to earth and I believe well that humans are equal to God, I'm just in my leisure and I had to text someone...
I get goosebumps seeing this video to where he's doing "From Now On" cause Hugh REALLY wanted to do a musical on Barnum. And knowing that he carried alot on his shoulders, you can see him being the Greatest Showman dispite the stiches.
Hugh jackmen is a great actor and amazing singer and one of the best people ever great job with this movie list mis mojo
You nailed the number one... I still kinda cry watching it 🤩😭😍🤩
Such an amazing artist!!!!!
Yes to number one! Literally gives me chills every time I watch it!
