at the beginning of euphoria, i was rooting massively for rue and jules to be a thing. by the end of season one, i had completely stopped shipping them and realised instantly the toxicity of their relationship. however, during jules' special episode, my love for the ship and her character returned. that was until she cheated on rue... with elliot... i'm SO disappointed in her if i'm honest. i was really rooting for her. but alas, here we are. still, i couldn't help but edit them, they're toxic and i no longer ship them but i still felt the need to edit their relationship, even if it isn't my best work. hope u enjoy :)

I use to ship them until I realized how wildly toxic this relationship was for both of them. What Jules said in her special episode about feeling responsible for Rue's sobriety was true and very sad. I hope they can eventually be friends again, but a relationship isn't a good idea for them anymore

The fact that Rue only became sober for Jules is kinda cute and very bad at the same time . She first needs to be sober for herself but since she's given her total happiness in the matter of Jules is toxic for both . Jules needs to figure out what she wants and Rue needs to get sober first and then start dating someone more...stable .
I also kinda feel like she loved Rue but she also liked the extra attention from Elliott and kept him as a backup . Idk .
