If you want your perfume to last longer, you should put first a little bit of Vaseline on the places and then spray the perfume 🤩 works pretty well! 💯 🙋♀
Fashionable London is a nearly dead on dupe for Roses Elixir by Montale. I have both, didn’t know I was getting a dupe lol but I totally recommend, it stays on forever!!
I used also Zara perfumes. They are affordable but excellent scent. Right now, I'm using Zara Vibrant Leather for men (a fresher version of Creed Aventus) and I was surprised that all of my perfumes in my collection Vibrant Leather is my most complimented getter. For me, the compliments that I get, the performance is beyond for its price.
Thanks for the informative video! I love the Zara Jo Malone collection. Water Lily Tea Dress is my favourite, a fantastic freshie. Amalfi Sunray is a perfect dupe for Tom Ford Neroli Portofino but unfortunately it has the same poor lasting power like Neroli Portofino. But at the Zara price point I do not mind that much.

I bought Captivatingly Paris when you first mentioned it and OMG for the first time out tastes differ. I positively DID NOT like it. I LOVE Fashionably London and I normally am not a musk person. Jo's Rhubarb is super herbal and green, so you might want to add a gourmand scent to smooth out the smokiness like a perfume that has notes of vanilla, caramel, praline, tonka bean, or sandalwood in its base - or something lactonic like whip cream, marshmallow, tuberose, or peach to make it creamy. If you want to add another layer to push it further into sweet & feminine category, make sure the gourmand scent also has floral notes such as gardenia, jasmine, magnolia, violet, orchid, white rose or moroccan rose, etc. This can be further brightened with citric/fruity notes like bergamot, mandarin, orange, apples, berries, or melon. You can take inspiration from perfumes like *English Pear and Freesia* or *White Lilac and Rhubarb* by Jo Malone, *Lovely Garden* by Oriflame, *Series 5 Sherbet: Rhubarb* by Commes des Garcons, *Aedes de Venustas* by L'artisan Parfumeur, *Pamplemousse Rhubarb* by L'Occitane en Provence, *Eau de Rhubarbe Ecarlate* by Hermes, *Ricci Ricci* by Nina Ricci, *Kingdom* by Alexander McQueen, *Flower Tag* by Kenzo, *Brit Red* by Burberry, *Woman* by Ralph Lauren, *Imagine* by Guerlain, etc.

True leather and Vibrant Leather for Her are totaly different scents, the former is said to be a dupe for Creed Aventus for Her and is a beautifull femenine fragrance. True Leather is a harsh crude leather, much more masculine, as leather boots😂, I don't have Tuscan Leather from Tom Ford so I can't compare...
RE Sublime Epoque: I'm assuming you're speaking of the OG L'interdit? Because I have the Rouge edition and that one isn't similar to Sublime Epoque at all. Givenchy is much "spicier" and woodier. They might be for the same woman, but definitely for a different mood!! L'interdit Rouge has tuberose, but it is the highly sensual, sexy tuberose supported by the spicy hints of ginger and pimento leaf and sweetened by the jasmin on a bed of creamy sandalwood + patchouli and animalistic vetiver. L'interdit Rouge is one of my new favourite fragrances for cooler temperatures. Sublime Epoque is addictive and very nice (of all the cylinder bottles Golden Decade is my nr1 and Sublime Epoque my nr2). It is the flirty woman whereas L'interdit (Rouge at least) is the mature, sensual woman.
Ysl perfumes cost the same as any other designer perfumes such as Lancome and Georgio armani so im not sure why you keep saying in your videos the prices are high.They are right in par with designer prices. I got the biggest bottle 3.4 ounces of libre intense for $78.00 during a sale. Totally affordable. They have sales all the time.
Sales prices should definitely not be counted when comparing MSRP between brands lol, not to mention the faction that “affordable” is subjective. I think a lot of Paulina’s point is that you’re not getting what you pay for with YSL. With Lancôme, you pay a high price and they really perform. With YSL, you also pay a high price, but good luck getting any of their scents to project or last. All subjective opinions aside, if you look at just the numbers, a 3.4oz bottle of Libre is $140 before tax. Comparing the same size bottles, YSL is more expensive than most Gucci, many Chanel’s, several Lancôme’s, Mugler, Armani, Valentino, Marc jacobs, Burberry… the list goes on. Maybe this is why Paulina keeps mentioning in her videos that the prices of YSL is getting very high, but that’s just a guess based off actually researching this topic and comparing brands.

I thought the same. YSL Libre is placed price-wise exactly like other comparable designer brands.. And performance is excellent.

Me too and I was really disappointed because everybody raves about that one! I may sell it because I don’t think zara will let you return opened items. 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ I’ve liked almost all of my other ones though.
