It's not a dumb question. Forsythia are all yellow in colour. However, there are related species given the Forysthia name such as Abeliophyllum distichum known as white forsythia. It has white flowers with a pink tinge. And Abeliophyllum distichum Roseum - Pink Forsythia which has pink flowers.
I only have the golden variety and it's green all year and flowers yellow close to spring. I'm in zone 9b so it's yellow around Feb. If you are looking for a yellow bush all year try a sunshine ligustrum. This are beautiful and as the bush matures will show bright golden-yellow leaves u in sunny locations.
Thank you for a great video and especially regarding our sweet little bird friends!!! ❤ They are most important!! Have a great day!!
Thanks... straight forward and easily understandable
Thankyou
Dumb question- I just ordered 3 of these. I thought they were “always” golden. Are they’re different varieties?
