As a tip, some bakeries will give you starter and what’s what I did. I got mine from Kasama (a Chicago restaurant that I recommend trying if you come back). I struggled with starter but now I just need to feed it once a week and it’s super strong. I also LOVE country loafs 🤌🏼 they’re so good with soup.
