So soothing to watch and listen as ever. I love that you make it so achievable. It's also encouraging to hear you say that you sometimes need vibrant colours in your journals. I watch so many videos where bright colour seems to be frowned upon and it's covered with gesso and dulled down. But colour is what makes me happy and I love to use it in my work and don't want to feel guilty when I do. So thank you for 'giving me permission' to use colour!

Our journals are an expression of ourselves, so it seems natural to me that we will all have different preferences and that these might change on different days. It just sort of gives you “permission” to do absolutely anything in it! I think sometimes we feel a bit inhibited to let ourselves go with our journalling and I think a permission page is brilliant!
