May be reading into this wrong, but as a dad with two girls, this moment with Powder and Vander hit hard. I saw this moment as Vander wanting desperately to be able to help Powder and not knowing how. I felt like he naturally had more in common with Vi through their fighting and drive and so he could connect with her. But with Powder, he didn't love her any less, he just didn't know what to do to help her. So, he fixed her a drink and tried to be there for her, but knew that she needed more. His love for her was what drove his last wish for Vi to take care of her.
Beautiful and accurate interpretation! I love how Silco's last words really showed how much he cared for her as a father. He didn't want her to feel guilty and afraid like she used to. Vander loved her unconditionally like Silco, but he never quite knew how to make her know it.

This is the kind of music my dad loves, so when I played this for him in one of our trips, his eyes lit up wanting to know where it came from. I told him it came from an animated masterpiece and he could not believe it. Man I love Arcane so much, in so many ways!
When this song played in the bar scene while Jinx was staring at the bunny, it hit me so deeply!!! Bravo to the production team for this gem *chefs kiss*
My feelings are broken, demolished, destroyed, smashed into pieces and blended with disgrace. I wish i had someone to hug, no, i wish i could hug all the characters.
I thought this song was just a old piece of music from the 1970s but when I realized that this soundtrack was made specifically for Arcane, I got absolutely amazed.
Imo this is the best arcane soundtrack song; its so soulful and carefree but with that end-of-story sort of melancholic feeling! Sounds straight out of the 70s!
Such a beautiful song. I wish there was more new old school music like this. What a breath of fresh air, I get goosebumps on my arm and it fills me with happiness.
this song is definitely one of my top 3 from the album, it’s so refreshingly bittersweet. the scene it was used for is just so perfect too. ugh and that sax, sickening
This reminds me straight up of old school Motown. When I first heard it I honestly thought that it was a song that slipped through the cracks of all the old school songs my parents used to listen to when I was a kid. This is how music used to sound like. I don't know who was responsible for the soundtrack on this show but oh my God it is a masterpiece.
This reminds me of the days before my mom and dad got divorced. Every time before cleaning we'd listen to this type of music. Thanks arcane for all of the heartbreaks.
You sound like you have responsible parents, at least you don’t have to live with there broken relationship, or whatever caused them to divorce. Some people aren’t strong enough to divorce, and end up torturing each other or there kid. Some does it anyway Im glad you like this music, I’ve never listend to this type in my life?! My dad likes Rock, when my mom likes pop, and to my dad music was religious, I remember he just blasted matalica in the car, rock was the most prominent influence I had. Now my dad is a lot older and I think he would love this song! As of do i!
This is definitely my favorite song from the show, it's just so unique, I thought it was a classic from 60s, and to find out they made it purely for the show is astonishing. Good job Riot.
When we take Riot out of the competition, we all know that he will never let us down with his beautiful and unique artistry. With this soundtrack and this series I officially declare Riot Games as my favorite video game company. Thanks Riot
I still don't like them that much as a game company but damn their music and cinematics are top notch. Arcane is what happens when you give them free reign and it's the best show I've seen that's come out in the past 15 years.
This is the song that made me really say "oh this show's got something special!" Appreciate everything so much more after having watched the docuseries. So good. So thoughtful. It's crazy this was just for the show.
I still have immediate tears every time I hear this song. An absolute masterpiece, heart-wrenching, soft but filled with pain when you know the context. Arcane's a hands down masterpiece
Its S2 Act III last episode and this song hits and every characters smiling and chilling in the bar then Powder wakes up thinking its just a bad dream while future Ekko exits the bar
How can this show be this good. The music is just so perfect and made specifically for it. It’s just too incredible to believe. Each piece of music fits the visuals and story telling perfectly.
I'm here because of Season 2 Act II Episode 5. I love this song! The funk!! The hope!!! The Good memories and electric energy that it ignites in me!!!!
This is my favorite Arcane song. So...yesterday I was walking home when I came across my students who were doing the same. It was late afternoon and I was blasting this song on loudspeaker because why not? I needed to relax after another day of work. When my students saw me, they asked to join them which I did. We then talked about their exams. One of them heard the song and asked me why I was playing a song a grandma would love. I looked at her straight into the eye and said, "Wendy, this song is from last year." To prove my point, I explained about Arcane and about League of Legends. Ending: They're asking me for the episodes of Arcane. They wanna watch now because they "want to learn how to speak in English like Sir".
Beautiful, the fact that it was made just for Arcane it's surprising because it's really good. You can think that it was made 50 years ago. It feels warm and comforting. This is my favorite song for the moment

Arcane is so obviously a work full of love and care, you can see it by how detailed and wonderous they built their characters n world
It hurts listening to this. It still give me goosebumps.
When I heard this I was like, "I've never heard this Mowtown record before". Comes to find out the song was made for this show. I am mind-boggled. This sounds like a classic!
look up some more Curtis and jazmine stuff. you won't be disappointed
This is the kind of music my dad loves, so when I played this for him in one of our trips, his eyes lit up wanting to know where it came from. I told him it came from an animated masterpiece and he could not believe it. Man I love Arcane so much, in so many ways!
Me too!
The fact that Powder has a special cup at the last drop and she still uses it even when she’s jinx I’m sobbing
And her mother used that too.The fucking emotions
When this song played in the bar scene while Jinx was staring at the bunny, it hit me so deeply!!! Bravo to the production team for this gem *chefs kiss*
So glad Jasmine is in more stuff. She is so criminally underrated and it hurts.
Yes, we know why you’re back, and yes it was beautiful.
Hi guys. Fancy meeting you here after act 2. How's everyone?😢😢😢
why Jayce, why
Unwell
ISHA WILL LIVE SAY IT WITH ME NOW
My feelings are broken, demolished, destroyed, smashed into pieces and blended with disgrace. I wish i had someone to hug, no, i wish i could hug all the characters.
3 years ago: pain
Now: *paaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiinnnnn*
I thought this song was just a old piece of music from the 1970s but when I realized that this soundtrack was made specifically for Arcane, I got absolutely amazed.
What a beautiful song and what an amazing show! Every frame of this series is art, thanks to every person that contributed to arcane
Imo this is the best arcane soundtrack song; its so soulful and carefree but with that end-of-story sort of melancholic feeling! Sounds straight out of the 70s!
Blisters and Bedrock 🍻
anyone else bawl their fuggin eyes out during THAT scene in S2E6?
This song hits different after the new episode 😢
“Not this lady and
Not this song”😭
Jinx and Vi’s mom dancing to this🥹😭
Rewatching arcane I realize this soundtrack was so much more immersive and powerful for the scene. Gives an immaculate depth
this song was not even on my playlist when i first watched arcane, but now it's my fav out all of the ost
@@catezachamane same
They rescue this masterpiece to introduce at s2 in a such beautiful and meaningful moment. My heart got so damn warm when I heard it
“Not this lady, and not this song” ❤
I can't stop movin' my feet just listening to this song, dang it's so good.
Thank you Fortiche. Arcane will go down as one of the best western animated shows of all time.
You all can't even imagine how much I love this song, it's so cozy and nostalgic :(
The fact that we won’t be spending any more time with Jinx and Vi is sad!
Absolutely never getting over the beauty of this entire song.
Cannot help but think of Vi everytime.
Such a beautiful song. I wish there was more new old school music like this. What a breath of fresh air, I get goosebumps on my arm and it fills me with happiness.
this song is definitely one of my top 3 from the album, it’s so refreshingly bittersweet. the scene it was used for is just so perfect too. ugh and that sax, sickening
favorite ending song, favorite ending scene
Agreed. I literally replayed the last 2-3 minutes of episode 2 like 8 times before finishing the episode.
This needs to be rereleased on the top billboards across the world.
This hits WAY MORE HARD now.
I don't know how to feel so I'm feeling everything at once
Some does it anyway
Im glad you like this music, I’ve never listend to this type in my life?! My dad likes Rock, when my mom likes pop, and to my dad music was religious, I remember he just blasted matalica in the car, rock was the most prominent influence I had. Now my dad is a lot older and I think he would love this song! As of do i!
OP reminisces the days before their parents' divorce
Commenter: sounds like you have responsible parents
Man when I heard this getting played in Arcane, I paused it and searched for it immediately on youtube!
OMG LITERALLY ME XD
Samee😭😭
HELPPPP YOUR PFP💀💀💀
Your profile pic though😅
Haha I just did the same thing
This is definitely my favorite song from the show, it's just so unique, I thought it was a classic from 60s, and to find out they made it purely for the show is astonishing. Good job Riot.
When we take Riot out of the competition, we all know that he will never let us down with his beautiful and unique artistry. With this soundtrack and this series I officially declare Riot Games as my favorite video game company. Thanks Riot
*Entertainment company. They have shed their small indie company shell.
Yea, they're more than a video game company at this point bro.
nice peppermint butler pfp
I still don't like them that much as a game company but damn their music and cinematics are top notch. Arcane is what happens when you give them free reign and it's the best show I've seen that's come out in the past 15 years.
I must remember you about the Ruination. They are not perfect
Glad this song is getting further attention from Season 2 episode 5.
Easily my favorite track from Season 1.
This hits different now 😭
literally, bawling my eyes out fr
How can this show be this good. The music is just so perfect and made specifically for it. It’s just too incredible to believe. Each piece of music fits the visuals and story telling perfectly.
How is it possible this song doesnt have more views?? It's so damn good AND catchy. Feels displaced from it's era.
Season 1 - "Welp, I guess I'll sacrifice myself and get arrested"
Season 2 - EMOTIONAL DAMAGE!
I'm here because of Season 2 Act II Episode 5. I love this song! The funk!! The hope!!! The Good memories and electric energy that it ignites in me!!!!
It was released 50 min ago. How are you already done with episode 2?
@@gustavogomez3509I’m done watching the whole Act.😓
still the best of entire soundtrack
Bro I recoiled in my seat when I heard this play in the second act this is just a really beautiful song
I think this is my favorite song from the series. It’s just lovely. I half expected Vander to start dancing along, lol.
This is the best song out of the entire OST in the series...
...so far. Hoping to hear more bangers in act 2 and 3.
literally, no
Listen to "Dirty little animals" by Bones UK it definitely takes place up in top 3 Arcane OSTs
Literally...I fully agree
It's a top 5 song from the soundtrack no doubt.
guns for hire - woodkid. Listen to that
I'm gonna miss this show so much
Coming back here after S2 Act 2. This song got a whole new deeper meaning after *that* scene.
Good god this series was mindblowing. It's like perfect television.
Listening to this song makes me find peace in my chaotic life.
It's not just Jinx feels this way.
you know its good when it tricks you into thinking its an old classic you didn't know about
Jinx and Vi's Mum's favourite song 😭
Yes, I cry listening to this
i cry watching your pfp
Your memory is the only thing that brings peace to the chaos in my mind
This is my favorite Arcane song. So...yesterday I was walking home when I came across my students who were doing the same. It was late afternoon and I was blasting this song on loudspeaker because why not? I needed to relax after another day of work. When my students saw me, they asked to join them which I did. We then talked about their exams. One of them heard the song and asked me why I was playing a song a grandma would love.
I looked at her straight into the eye and said, "Wendy, this song is from last year."
To prove my point, I explained about Arcane and about League of Legends.
Ending: They're asking me for the episodes of Arcane. They wanna watch now because they "want to learn how to speak in English like Sir".
Peak, the jinx fixes everything event made me have to listen back to this masterpiece
Gosh I love this song sm
Beautiful, the fact that it was made just for Arcane it's surprising because it's really good. You can think that it was made 50 years ago. It feels warm and comforting. This is my favorite song for the moment
Jazmine just ELEVATES any song that she is on!!! I love this motown/oldie vibe!!
