Kevin, Thank you for posting your video. had looked several times under my 2015 F150. Because of the location I was thinking transmission. Avoided driving the truck for a couple days and spent time trying to schedule a service appointment, thinking several hundred dollars and a couple weeks without the vehicle. After watching found the exact same strap broken and used the same fix and we are back in business. Big stress removed. Thank you!
My 15 F-150 has a similar rattle, my trusted mechanic heard it on a test drive, put it in Sport mode and noted it disappeared, and suggested that the issue was in the transmission, recommended trading the truck. I'm headed out to crawl under the truck in the rain after work, betting this is my issue - thank you!
