nice trip , good to see youre using the bus for its purpose even when its not quite finished yet , keeps the mecanics in good condition and keeps you motivated to keep going and gives you new / better ideas for the interior buildout
nice video guys looks like yall had some great views and the bus looks like it's running and coming along nicely we just got out the shop again replacing all the belt and a few other thing So it's put a damper on progress but seeing yalls videos helps get us get back at it again
Thanks buddy! Everything is going great so far, bus is doing good aside from my transmission leaking oil🤷🏻♂️ That’s the bus life, happy to help inspire🥰 Get after it!
Wow, totally understandable!! We were pretty nervous about it too as we’ve gotten stuck elsewhere before as well. It’s why we stayed our first night at the RV park nearby. But once we saw large rigs boon docking right on the beach, we knew it was packed enough 👌🏼
Hi my name is Tiffanie. I live in Arabi, LA. Right outside NOLA. Would love to connect for tips and tricks. Just bought my 🚌 about 5 weeks ago. Finishing up demolition this week and then to the next step.
Hey there Tiffanie 👋🏼 so glad you’re here and a big congratulations on buying a bus! Currently, we are finishing our build in Texas but, we’ve got loads of how to videos on our channel. We normally reply to comments in about a day but, another direct way to reach us is on instagram. Feel free to reach out with any questions, we’d love to help in any way we can!
@@dustinellis9321 I also don’t drive at max speed. I stay between 55-60, I don’t really know what top speed now is because I don’t push it. I also have my rear chunk from the donor for sale on eBay. It has 4.33 gears😉
You know it! I’ve angered many a people spending my time at the beach picking up litter 🚯 but that says more about them 🤷🏼♀️ (Eli doesn’t mind because I often find money! 🤑)

You’re so right! It’s exactly why we do it! We had so much fun with this one, so I’m glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching man! 🙂

As you all probably discovered…watch out for that rising tide!
Most definitely! We made sure to ask other rigs that had been there to make sure we were parked far away enough 👌🏼
Yikes! After getting stuck 2x I always freak about parking in sand! Looks like you had no problem 😊

What rear gears do you have? What's tour top speed?
4.63 rear end and our top speed on the hwy is normally around 55-60 mph
@Parish Skoolie I have 6.14 and a 5 speed. Tops out at 63, I going to change the rear gears to 4.78

Hope you picked up a few pieces of trash! Many hands make light work
