Improve Automatic Layout Feature for V13 Plot Manager

Automatic layout feature has been greatly improved in V13 Plot Manager. In V13, the automatic layout computation may be performed for a maximum of 60 seconds resulting in much better plot paper utilization. Prior to V13, only a single solution was presented. Also, Any Rotation angle feature is supported unlike V12.
