Another detail I found is that Alberto has a chunk of a ship in his collection, which, is probably a reference to his original hideout idea -an old ship that was half submerged-.
I saw a theory that Bruno from Encanto was Alberto’s dad but the truth is, Bruno wasnt supposed to be named Bruno. He was originally named Oscar but Lin-Manuel Miranda changed it to Bruno for the song “We don’t talk about Bruno”

If you’ve read the Harry Potter series, you’ll know that when the train for the first-years is leaving, Ron’s younger sister, Ginny, is running towards the train as how Alberto is running towards Luca.
They most likely were also referencing the movie he said Luca was. It's a very famous scene in cinema history. It's also done in Zootopia during the scene when Judy gets on the train. Her parents run after the train just like in Luca and Harry Potter. It's actually used in many movies and shows, even outside Disney.
Pixar always has that habit of re-using digital assets, for various reasons, and its always easier to look up items from the library, do a bit of editing, rather than rendering a brand new model. Works with 2d cell animation too, a technique Disney is quite an expert in.
