I have a memorial tattoo for my son, (it is the last thing he drew for art class), and I had talked to the artist and had everything set up. On the day of my appointment another artist tried to tell me how much better his art would be, that the image she had on the stencil was mis-shaped, etc. I thanked him, while the artist I chose glared daggers at him, but explained that my son had drawn it and I wanted that image. He laughed and told me that my son needed better art skills. I just smiled sweetly and told him when I get to Heaven I would be sure to tell him that. Without further comment or an apology me and the original tattoo artist sat down and got to work. I still smile when I see my son's art on my shoulder.
I'm so sorry for your loss, and that the other artist had the nerve to make such disrespectful comments! Thankfully, your tattoo artist sounds amazing, and getting a tattoo of your son's last drawing is a wonderful idea for a memorial. May he rest in peace. 🤍
I'm so incredibly sorry for your loss. Someone so precious can never be replaced, but being able to have a small bit of relief can help the burden of losing someone. And I'm glad that you have a small sense of comfort.

However, nothing will ever top the woman who came up to me unprompted and just out of the blue told me, "At least someday your mother can identify your body in the morgue with those." When I went to get my wrist tattoo I'd had to do the request and information giving by email as it was between lockdowns so in-person design consults weren't allowed. When the artist showed me the initial design I was a bit gutted as it was a meaningful piece to me. But thank goodness I felt able to speak up. I picked up the bits I really did like about the design and we talked about more what I was thinking. He was so understanding and wonderful and created something I absolutely adored on my feedback. It's my favourite piece I have and will take some beating. So yes, please speak up. You can be kind and still give feedback. Or if in doubt just say no and leave....you don't have to go back!
Exactly! I think people should never be scared to speak up. It is going to be on your body forever. If the artist has an issue with that, leave. You should be able to get the piece you want and the artist should want to give you exactly that.
I'm glad I could tell my artist the changes I wanted for my first ever tattoo. I'm usually the same as the girl in the video. But I mentally prepared 20 years to get a tattoo and this first one has a huge meaning for me. Now it isn't perfect, but I love it. It's exactly what I wanted representated. It's on my ribs, it's only personally for me to enjoy and know it's there and what it stands for.
The tattoo artist with the serial killer sleeve is I C O N I C. I am so glad I never had someone look or come up to me in this sort of way like the old lady did and I have a big bold knee tattoo. But if someone ever asks me if I know that tattoos are permanent I plan on acting surprised and freak out until they leave me alone
Pfft this reminded me of the old white lady I was helping when I still worked retail who interrogated me about my visible tattoos (I have work over most of my body which she also asked about since it wasn’t visible😂) and thankfully I don’t care when people ask, but she also felt the need the need to tell me about her bisexual/lesbian niece who also had tattoos (she made a quick homophobic remark about the girl and it took all of my “professional” willpower not to laugh maniacally and lecture her about how gay people are simply born that way😂)
I like to reply by saying I’m biodegradable and so are my tattoos 😂 I’ve been asked so much that I now have a tattoo on my leg that says “this body is temporary” and I call it my temporary tattoo 😂
As a tattoo artist, I love when people tell me when they don’t like a design or want to change it. In the end I want to make people happy but I can’t do that if they aren’t honest.
On tattoo regrets…I was *so* close to getting a tattoo of a cluster of crystals that looked veryyyy phallic. The way the facets of the crystals were curved were undeniably penile and I’m so glad I backed out of that one!! I felt so so bad but there was no way I was going through with it 😅
I had my very first "oh you have tattoos" interaction from a non-tattooed person the other day. They pointed to my owl tattoo and said "oh is that because you stay up all night" I said, nah I'm in bed by 8pm most nights.
I don't plan on ever getting tattoos but owls are my absolute favorite animal since I was in the 5th grade. If someone asked me if I got an owl because I sleep late I'd be so confused as to why that's the first thing they thought of.
I honestly think if you have anxiety and you're thinking of getting a tattoo, you _need_ to get a friend or family member to come with you who can speak up for you. Also the tattoo industry needs secret shoppers tbh.
Just dropping by to say I've been watching and enjoying your channel for years and now I finally got the courage to get a tattoo myself! Your videos helped a lot in finding a good artist/studio and I'm super hyped for my appointment so thank you! ❤
The only tattoo i regretted was because i only because i couldn't speak up about how they made it smaller and changed the position. I drew it myself so it was perfectly shaped yo be the perfect size in the right position. But then I got an amazing cover up. Some people ask about my tattoos, but because a lot of my tattoos are really hard core math and physics nerdy, I've been able to get guys to stop hitting on me because they couldn't keep up, found interesting people to talk to because they could, and even got hired for a tutoring job while drinking at a bar.
That's very cool! Can I get your insta or something, I am very interested in math and physics tattoos, as a stem person myself. (Interested not to copy, just to check out)
I don't regret the tattoo per se BUT my first tattoo says "I'm still getting high"... Bear in mind that English is not my first language, and it was a line from my favourite song (I was also 16). The idea was to say something like "I keep getting higher", and I did not know that it had double meaning in English 😂
Got some flash done yesterday! Little seagull filler piece on my traditional sleeve. I promised my wife no more tattoos until 2023. (I’ve gotten 22 tattoos in the last 3 years 😬😬)
idk if you’ve ever seen the clip of the dog Maple enjoying her owner playing “Here comes the sun” or some other clip where he plays music for her but I cried for a hour when I got the notification for the clip announcing she had made her way into the skies
OMG I never think of funny stuff to say in the moment! People are so weird, an old man literally grabbed me by my arm and twisted it so he could read my tattoo while I was just trying to do my job as a server... I was so taken aback
I have my calves done and was wearing shorts and I had a man in Kroger's (grocery store) drop to his knees and started stroking/caressing my left leg. And asking a million questions about my tattoos. It was incredibly bizarre and unsettling. I was around 22 y/o and had bad anxiety and had a hard time standing up for myself so I couldn't work up the nerve to tell him to eff off until he wandered up to my thigh where I had no tattoos. I'm so glad that I've overcome some of that anxiety because now at age 40, I would knee him in the face. The people always asking the meaning/story behind each tattoo drive me nuts though. Sometimes I just say "I like it, that's the story behind it". But sometimes I make up ridiculous stories that wander in circles and makes zero sense. Stories that aren't even the slightest bit plausible lol.
If I could give younger me one piece of advice it would be not to get tattoos until I could advocate for myself and what I want. It truly isn't worth having tattoos you regret because you're too scared to upset someone that in hindsight probably wouldn't have even been upset.
I think if an arrest grazed me and tried to laugh it off as a “free tattoo” I’d look at them and say “it’s only a free tattoo if you finish it, so let’s talk about the design I want”.
Hi, just wanted to say I was watching your videos for some time now to help me mentally prepare for my first tattoo and your optimistic and kind attitude really helped me. I always wanted a tattoo, but there were too many things I was scared of (my judgmental family, the pain, finding the right tattoo artist,...). I needed someone as nice as you to help me overcome it. And I finally got my hip/thigh tattoo this Monday and it was a great experience. Researching the artist is so worth it, I went to the nicest person ever, she made me extremely comfortable and I think the tattoo really suits me.
My first tattoo was a huge regret and it made me paranoid about getting another one for the longest time, especially a big one. It was my ex's friend and I'd planned on something for the back of my neck, and he'd said no to that [because visible], so i picked a different design I wanted. On my stomach. No one told me that was a difficult spot to tattoo. I don't think anyone told him either. It was definitely his first time doing a stomach tattoo, and it still looks terrible to this day. Someday I'll get a cover up, but that'll require trusting a tattoo artist not to fxck it up even more lol.
Girl, I binged your tattoo conventions playlist a week or so back & I’ve got to say…you looked so naked!!! No blast over. No hand tats. (Except for the vid where you got your black & grey rose on your hand.) Girl, you are definitely more “you” now.
Hello! Thank you for educating the general public on tattoo safety and what to avoid! I really love your content and I’m actually thinking about getting a tattoo. Earlier I believed tattoos were tacky, (my parents) but now I can appreciate the artistry in them. Btw I love ur entire aesthetic (the hair, your tattoos, makeup, and shirt)
@@chriscoop6852 @HopeKlein pretty good! my tattoo artist did a great job but unfortunately it started bleeding a bit when I got home and now I have to go back there tomorrow to get another second skin 😬
I only have one tattoo at this time, I made sure I did my research and I absolutely love it. I also cannot wait for the moment someone rudely asks me what it means so I can make them uncomfortable by telling them the truth, that it is a memorial piece for my dead boyfriend that had cancer and I would just go into so much excruciating detail.
That tattoo artist was iconic with her answer about her "serial killer" sleeve. I get so self conscious when people point and stare. Just happened a couple days ago. Older couple and the lady kept staring and whispering to her husband 🙄 Probably would have come up to me if I wasn't just in the restaurant with my 8 yo son and his 2 friends 😬
Yeah I'd definitely raise my eyebrows at a tattoo artist with no tattoos. However, sometimes money can be a problem or they just want to wait to get really good tattoos (as they can differentiate between what's okay and what's amazing and I guess as an artist your standards get higher) In my city, there's a tattoo artist who started as an artist and kind of just got into the tattoo industry by chance. If I remember correctly, he had either one tattoo or no tattoos when he started. And it stayed that way for a while because he once said in an interview that now that he knows what a good quality tattoo is, he wants to take his time filling his sleeve with good tattoos. So I totally get that.
i had a little girl come through my line at work a couple weeks ago with her dad. he had a bunch of fun nerdy tattoos, and she had two little wash offs. i told her she was lucky, both of my parents have tattoos but mine never grew in 😄
AAAAH That poor girl with the sternum moth. My tattooist told me about one time they put an element into the design that the client didn't want (accent dots that may have been on the stencil and overlooked by both), but the client spoke up about it. Tattooist took some saline and was able to clear the ink out of that small element. It can really only be done on the same day, but god damn, that shoulder nick could have been fixed 🚩🚩🚩 I feel so bad for some people that get bad tats because social anxiety. Bring a good friend and tell them you're upset, let them speak up for you. But also do your research!!!!
I have no unlucky tattoo artist encounters so far. But my grandma's friend tho said i would be ugly if i get more tattoos and it will not age well. I told her "well i like them so it's none of your business tho" I at that point really did not ask for her opinion at all. She was the one asked about my tattoos first, I tattoo myself and I'm doing that to practice. This old Lady just insulted my existence and be just rude and none supportive to me after i told her i would get more😂
Yeah, please speak up when you get a tattoo, whether you like something, not like something, want to change something. A tattoo is going to stay on your body forever. You want to make sure you're happy with it, and it's to your liking. Most artists will work with you to make sure it's what you want
Exaclty why I will never not heavily research an artist and their work before getting something done, so far I only have one regret of a tattoo and luckily it’s in a spot where you can’t see it
My dog of 16 years passed away in April. I have his paw print that the vet took before he was cremated tattooed on me. I ugly cried after it was done cause it is so perfect. The tattoo artist cried cause I was crying.
My first tattoo I regretted (mostly because it was very spontaneous and my friend suggested we go get tattoos - right now!!), it's just a little moon on the back of my neck and now I want to add more to it. Thankful it wasn't something big/more visible/messed up because it's now just a cute little moon and a funny memory. My second tattoo was a dotwork hand poke tattoo, and it was extremely relaxing, I would love to get more in the same style because the whole experience was meditative and not painful at all. 🥰
I am always bewildered when I hear the "Your tattoo has to have a meaning" from non tattooed people. Like... I want art on my body (and I want a whole lot more), I like how it sits on my body and what it looks like. It doesn't have a meaning other than that it's pretty.
My first tattoo (a paper plane with a line behind it, I know very basic but it meant something when I wasn't feeling well) wrapped around my ankle is a pretty big regret. Did my research and was happy with the artist but when I arrived the design was very plain even though I sent references but I really wanted a tattoo so I went with it anyway. The lines didn't turn out the best and it has kinda become a tattoo I forget or don't really show off so in the future I can hopefully cover it with something cool, thinking a calf sleeve, and go with something more aesthetic and less meaning
I used to work with an OLD Doctor who was not a fan of tattoos and was like "what's the meaning behind your tattoo" and I said "there's really no meaning" and he went on about "it has to have a meaning" so I just rolled my eyes and made something up.
@@LanaAndJen then I'd say you just tell them that's the meaning. "The meaning is I thought I'd look way better if I had this here. And I really like it" lol
My biggest tattoo regret is going to this guy that my mom thought had done her tattoo for my grandpa... and the dude lied and agreed that he was the guy, and agreeing to get one of my own despite not looking at his portfolio. My mom's tattoo is/was great, and thinking it was the same guy, I thought I didn't need to. Let's just say I paid way too much for a really terrible job.
My artist always says “you’re not going to hurt my feelings this is going on you and not me so tell me if there is anything you want me to change” and then he always double checks again after the stencil is on. Especially on my last one I sent him a few pictures of a “vibe” I was going for and gave him full creative freedom, so with that one he asked like 509 times about every single detail if I liked it and if he should change anything
My sister has had people she doesn’t know randomly TOUCH HER ARM because one of her tattoos has no black no outlines just browns pinks and reds. Every time someone touches it and asked if it was she would say it was a flesh eating virus and it was very contagious. It’s a textured tattoo that’s made to look like it had paint strokes
@@lois4521 it was actually less painful than my foot imo! But not pleasant, especially the white highlights😫 otherwise it went well! Glad to hear yours did too 😊
5:09 i'm sorry but them just being seran-wrapped onto a table is so funny like...i don't know why but i had to stop for a solid second just to laugh from shock
I love the fact that the tattoo artist who has the movie serial killers on her arm also has a cute Hello Kitty on her hand 🤣 I live in Japan and have tattoos (two big ones on my thighs) but I hide them because tattoos really are not socially accepted here. And I also want to protect them for the sun lol However I often open the door to the delivery man in my pjs because when I'm in my home I really don't care if people can see them. I never receive any comment, I think because they're busy and don't notice or care enough. But one time just after I had my huge Halloween tattoo on my right thigh the delivery man just stoped for a second and started complimenting it, saying he has tattoos on his back too. I was so happy 😍😭 nobody ever compliments my tattoos. We talked about tattoos for a few minutes after that even though I usually don't talk to strangers like that. But in Japan people either hate tattoos or are puzzled by them so people like me and this delivery man have to hide them. 😅 I think we were both happy to finally have somebody to talk to lol.
Desert roses are a type of succulent that looks like a small plant and have beautiful flowers. They flower on and off all year. You can plant them and pretty much forget about them. They love lots of sun and not over watering. If it is really wet where you are put a lot of drainage holes in the bottom or plant in sun with in an area with good drainage. Other than that you can plant and forget. I’ve never killed one and I am definitely not a green thumb. They come in a variety of colours. Good luck with your garden.
I don't understand when people complain about a bad tattoo.. like, you've seen the artist's works so you know how it will turn out. I personally spend so much time looking for a good tattoo artist, even if it's not in my area, or even for the simplest things, like a writing I have on my back. I obsess over the artist works and I look at them very carefully to see how's the line work, if they can use colours, etc.. Maybe it's just my anxiety but I know I will never end up with a bad tattoo.
I have a piece on my ribs that I had been super excited about. I researched the artist and found someone that did really cool geometric abstract linework. I brought in a rough concept and he basically just did my shitty drawing. In fact I think I would have preferred my shitty drawing over what he did because he removed some of the things I had put in. The line work and quality was fine, I think he just couldn't be bothered with designing anything for an 18 year old girl that wanted a Fall Out Boy inspired tattoo.
I've had the Gregory Brother's songified "chrissy wake up" chorus stuck in my head since seeing it and it's the only thing that makes the trauma of that Stranger Things season tolerable 🤣
I came back from a holiday recently and all I got while on holiday was compliments on my sleeve! Then I treated myself to a massage when I came home and the masseuse complimented me on my back tattoo. They were into tattoos as well and we talked about tattoos the whole session. Loved it!
I used to watch tattoo videos but felt weird cuz I didn’t have any tattoos yet, but I got my first last Wednesday!!!!🥳🥳🥳 so glad tiktok compilations are a thing now I’m getting back into this content
My first ever tattoo was butchered... the worst part is that it was in memory of my grandad. I gave the artist such a simple lineart sailboat tattoo to do, no shading. Just the lines. It was cartoons and not difficult at all. They had no idea what they were doing. They started doing a line wrong and I told them it's not ment to be like that, I told them what to do and they said "like this?" AS THEY TATTOOED IT AND IT WAS WRONG. I ended up having to draw it out for them..... yes they used a stencil. It was awful. Such a bad experience for my 1st. But I got it covered up with a more detailed sailboat from my current go to tattoo artist. He did incredible and I've only gone to him since. So at least there's a happy ending💀
Omg Romy is amazing the girl who did your T-shirt. She’s a tattoo artist too. Local to me. She’s done so many of my tattoos. Love her! You need to come up here and get a tattoo off her. She’s in Sunderland.
Hi! I was curious (I tried zooming in to see, but the quality said "no"): who's the 2nd to last person: 22:08 please? Love checking out other artists, especially other black tatt artists who also have their own creative voice :)
My tattoo artist Liz is the most incredible realism tattoo artist ever she’s so damn talented and has done a few of my tattoos now she has been tattooing for ten years and didn’t have a single tattoo yet at 30 years old . I went back a few months ago for another one and she FINALLY had gotten 3 big tattoos we celebrated 🎉 she was waiting for something she really loved and wanted forever so respect
I go to the place the girl with the string neck tattoo went to. They’re VERY well known in our city, almost every girl you come across has at least one tattoo from them (I have 5 from them lol) but they don’t have a great reputation amongst other artists here.
That girl at 20mins is exactly why I think artists should be able to just give a client what they initially wanted because sometimes when the artist wants to do their own work on you by personalizing something you initially wanted sometimes the original version still looks way better and it’s stressful to have the artists redo it after telling them the truth when you just wanna get tatted and go but some people find it hard to speak up. At least give the client the option to request for the work to be personalized or not. I get that artists wants to be able to display THEIR art but I also think it’s important to remember that these things are going to be permanent on the CLIENT’S skin so the client should have an idea as to what they want and if necessary will receive input from the artist. Some people just wanna pay to get shit done and go without complicating things further. I’m sure there’s several other clients that’s willing to let the artists do their own thing it’s pointless trying to convince EVERYONE to allow that.🤷🏽♀️
My first and currently my only tattoo was done by my best friend/girlfriend at the time and it isn't horrible but it isn't the best either. And I've got a love hate feeling towards it cause it was done by someone I love and care about a lot but I really expected it to be better then it is and I wanna get it reworked but at the same time I feel a bit guilty with how disappointed I am in it cause I love the person that gave it to me I just wish it was better
Hey Lauren, coming from the tiktok with the girl not leaving the sketchy studio, have you ever left a tattoo studio while being on the seat because you got a bad impression?
That “hygienic” at the end reminded me of Nandor the Relentless from the show What We Do In The Shadows 😂 it’s a vv spoopy comedy about vampire roommates if you haven’t seen it yet, you should definitely check it out!!!
Acupuncture isn't supposed to cause any discomfort or pain -- the needles are so thin you usually can't feel them. Acupuncture and dot work/tattooing both release endorphins, though, which explains why they're both relaxing. (I'm sure endorphins help during regular tattooing as well, but it's probably so painful that it's easier to miss the relaxing bit!)
🤣 I'm gonna start coming up with really deep crazy reasons behind my tattoos from now on instead of telling people that not all tattoos have to mean something.
I haven't gotten many unsolicited tattoo comments in restaurants (I only have 4 on my upper body right now) but you wouldn't BELIEVE the amount of attention my (currently) blue and purple hair get. Some is flattering-like little kids losing their entire minds about it is so cute. But then older women will come up to me and say "Your hair is so cute, I WOULD/COULD NEVER, but it looks really good". They don't know what to do when I say "You have a bank account and life is short".
This is disgusting. I'm so sorry for your loss. You handled that great. This person should be ashamed of themselves.
That’s incredibly unprofessional of him to do or say that. I’m glad you stuck to your guns and got the tattoo you wanted and deserve!
I'm so incredibly sorry for your loss. Someone so precious can never be replaced, but being able to have a small bit of relief can help the burden of losing someone. And I'm glad that you have a small sense of comfort.

I’ve been asked so much that I now have a tattoo on my leg that says “this body is temporary” and I call it my temporary tattoo 😂
😂👍🏼
As a tattoo artist, I love when people tell me when they don’t like a design or want to change it. In the end I want to make people happy but I can’t do that if they aren’t honest.
Yep its my body I have to be honest
On tattoo regrets…I was *so* close to getting a tattoo of a cluster of crystals that looked veryyyy phallic. The way the facets of the crystals were curved were undeniably penile and I’m so glad I backed out of that one!! I felt so so bad but there was no way I was going through with it 😅
I had my very first "oh you have tattoos" interaction from a non-tattooed person the other day.
They pointed to my owl tattoo and said "oh is that because you stay up all night"
I said, nah I'm in bed by 8pm most nights.
That’s such a cute way to ask about a tattoo though, aww. I’ve just gotten points and stares😂
That's honestly kind of unexpectedly wholesome. Kind of sweet.
Ah that’s so exciting!!! Hope you have a great time and happy healing 💖
@@treacletatts Thank you!😄
Ooo yay!!! If u don’t mind me asking, what’s your tattoo going to be?
@@helenanimocks Thanks for asking, it's going to be a witch hat!
@@zspin3076 oh sweet! Hope it turns out nice 😊
Perfect timing! I'm in the tub with a migraine so this audio will be perfect to keep me distracted. You have such a great voice for chill videos!
I thought you said you were in a tub of margarine, I hope you feel better
Hope you feel better soon my love 🥺💖
Feel better soon
Migraines suck
Oh man, migraines are the worst. I'm a migraine sufferer too so I feel your pain. Hope you feel better soon.
Same here, take care and hope you feel beter soon 😣❤️
The only tattoo i regretted was because i only because i couldn't speak up about how they made it smaller and changed the position. I drew it myself so it was perfectly shaped yo be the perfect size in the right position. But then I got an amazing cover up.
Some people ask about my tattoos, but because a lot of my tattoos are really hard core math and physics nerdy, I've been able to get guys to stop hitting on me because they couldn't keep up, found interesting people to talk to because they could, and even got hired for a tutoring job while drinking at a bar.
That's freaking cool
That's very cool! Can I get your insta or something, I am very interested in math and physics tattoos, as a stem person myself.
(Interested not to copy, just to check out)
20:59 I definitely agree with you- social anxiety is terrible but you Need to find the strength in these moments! This will be on your skin forever!!
Urgh that's horrible. Anytime someone asks me about my tattoo the very first thing I say and is 'DO NOT touch me' cause it almost always happens.
Jesus what a pervert
I got a Leo sign when I was 17 and everyone tells me it looks like a drunk sperm! ♌️ sometime I regret it but sometimes it gives me a giggle! 🙈
You honestly calm my anxiety so much and keep me comfortable when Im lonely, thank you for making these videos!! Love you❤️
🥺💖 sending love
Girl, I binged your tattoo conventions playlist a week or so back & I’ve got to say…you looked so naked!!! No blast over. No hand tats. (Except for the vid where you got your black & grey rose on your hand.) Girl, you are definitely more “you” now.
Yaaaas!! I feels it!
Getting my 3rd tattoo in an hour, these are so comforting right before appointments :)
Wooo 🥳💖
How’d it go? 😁
However, sometimes money can be a problem or they just want to wait to get really good tattoos (as they can differentiate between what's okay and what's amazing and I guess as an artist your standards get higher)
In my city, there's a tattoo artist who started as an artist and kind of just got into the tattoo industry by chance. If I remember correctly, he had either one tattoo or no tattoos when he started. And it stayed that way for a while because he once said in an interview that now that he knows what a good quality tattoo is, he wants to take his time filling his sleeve with good tattoos. So I totally get that.
You cant learn tattoo without getting tattooed. No way.
i had a little girl come through my line at work a couple weeks ago with her dad. he had a bunch of fun nerdy tattoos, and she had two little wash offs. i told her she was lucky, both of my parents have tattoos but mine never grew in 😄
AAAAH That poor girl with the sternum moth.
My tattooist told me about one time they put an element into the design that the client didn't want (accent dots that may have been on the stencil and overlooked by both), but the client spoke up about it. Tattooist took some saline and was able to clear the ink out of that small element. It can really only be done on the same day, but god damn, that shoulder nick could have been fixed 🚩🚩🚩
I feel so bad for some people that get bad tats because social anxiety. Bring a good friend and tell them you're upset, let them speak up for you.
But also do your research!!!!
I have no unlucky tattoo artist encounters so far.
But my grandma's friend tho said i would be ugly if i get more tattoos and it will not age well.
I told her "well i like them so it's none of your business tho"
I at that point really did not ask for her opinion at all.
She was the one asked about my tattoos first,
I tattoo myself and I'm doing that to practice.
Exaclty why I will never not heavily research an artist and their work before getting something done, so far I only have one regret of a tattoo and luckily it’s in a spot where you can’t see it
A tattoo TikTok reaction video😌. I love this series and it’s so good to have you back, Lauren.
Great to be back!! 😄💖
I came across your channel … I think a week ago and I LOVE IT!! I‘m so happy to found such a nice channel. It’s really giving me a save place
Lauren: "Yes, I'm drinking Pepsi Max; don't bully me!"
Me sipping my tiny can of CocaCola Starlight: "No worries; you're in good company, girl."
😂😂😂
I used to work with an OLD Doctor who was not a fan of tattoos and was like "what's the meaning behind your tattoo" and I said "there's really no meaning" and he went on about "it has to have a meaning" so I just rolled my eyes and made something up.
I hate that mentality so much. Almost none of my tattoos have meanings beyond “I like it”
@@LanaAndJen then I'd say you just tell them that's the meaning.
Great tip for anyone with social anxiety ( me and my friend does this all the time): Bring a friend! Bring a friend that has no problem speaking up!
"I went to a shop in Reno" That was the first red flag
My sister has had people she doesn’t know randomly TOUCH HER ARM because one of her tattoos has no black no outlines just browns pinks and reds. Every time someone touches it and asked if it was she would say it was a flesh eating virus and it was very contagious. It’s a textured tattoo that’s made to look like it had paint strokes
Getting a new tattoo tomorrow, first one in 4-ish years, so I'm hyping myself up watching your videos :)
Wheeeey!!! Have a great session my love 💖

@@treacletatts You're welcome darling I'm getting a tattoo on Wednesday with my mom I'm excited and nervous.
I love the fact that the tattoo artist who has the movie serial killers on her arm also has a cute Hello Kitty on her hand 🤣
I live in Japan and have tattoos (two big ones on my thighs) but I hide them because tattoos really are not socially accepted here.
Ngl, I loved getting my dot work. It felt somewhat relaxing. Like I was being poked
Love your videos so much ✨️🖤✨️ thanks so much for continuing to do this series!!
😹😹😹 you saying, “Ew, no. Unhygienic!” Is such a mood! I need it in gif form so I can use it 5 times a day 😹
I have 73 tattoos and I hate/regret 3 of them. Sadly they r older and it was back b4 I knew how to research my artist.
That hand poked back was AMAZING!
I love Stranger Things so much, and this season was amazing. Cannot wait for season 5.
Always excited to see you lauren love your tattoo videos or whatever their about love you Lauren you are an awesome genuine person
I'm seriously obsessed with this hair color on you, you look amazing 💕💕
Hey ! I got my first tattoo last year and next week I'll get two !! Love watching your videos.
The eyes in the lion tattoo!!!
Thank you so much for mentioning my tshirt 🥹🥹🥹🥹 and for supporting me! Love you queen ❤️
I’m sure there’s several other clients that’s willing to let the artists do their own thing it’s pointless trying to convince EVERYONE to allow that.🤷🏽♀️
I think they had to redraw it because they didn't want to steal the artwork since that is seen as a lack of integrity
I downloaded part two of stranger things and watched them while I was getting tattooed 😂😂 idk if it was a good idea or not but it passed the time 😂😂
My first and currently my only tattoo was done by my best friend/girlfriend at the time and it isn't horrible but it isn't the best either.
I literaly felt asleep during my hand poke rib tattoo, so relacsing 😅
I was bawling at stranger things like no tomorrow. I'm not one to cry at films and stuff.
I haven’t clicked on a video that fast in a long time!! I fucking love this series, and all your videos, but this is my favorite! lol
I had a tattoo done by an apprentice who hadn't had ANY tattoos at the time and it's one of my faves 😍 never judge by amount of ink!
That “hygienic” at the end reminded me of Nandor the Relentless from the show What We Do In The Shadows 😂 it’s a vv spoopy comedy about vampire roommates if you haven’t seen it yet, you should definitely check it out!!!
i just got my first tattoo and your videos taught me about taking off the saniderm under warm running water ! love your videos ❤
🤣 I'm gonna start coming up with really deep crazy reasons behind my tattoos from now on instead of telling people that not all tattoos have to mean something.
i love your hair colour!!! looks so gorgeous on you💘 also your videos make my days a lot sweeter. thanks for that 🥺
I was hoping the little old lady was going to tell her she loves the tattoos and ask for the artist's name.
i have no regrets so far, but i have charlie from _smiling friends_ tattooed on me and i'll probably regret that one later.
I have one hand poked dot work tattoo and honestly it was quite relaxing!
They don't know what to do when I say "You have a bank account and life is short".
these videos are my therapy when i cant see my therapist, lol
