This just proves my point that Boston is just too expensive and why I moved out, a luxury apartment here in Dallas is like under 2100$ and they have way better amenities like basketball courts, bars and restaurants even the old buildings in Boston are asking for like close to 3k for rent for a 1 bedroom and some of them don't even have kitchens, you have to use a community kitchen
