    What I prefer to cooking and eating the same thing for days, is to cook a huge amount of 3 dinners/nights per week and eating each thing twice in that week (every other day). We then freeze whats left for future meals when I dont feel like cooking for dinner. Or if there isnt enough for a whole meal, I will make frozen lunch portions. If you make a weekly menu, AFTER looking through the fridge and BEFORE you go shopping, you will avoid throwing away so much food and the dreaded "it got shoved to the back of the fridge and spoiled" thing. Pick the day before you shop to go through your fridge. If you cant use it in this weeks planned menu, then process it (like fruits & veggies) and freeze it for future use. I got an extra day of leftovers per week doing this method, sometimes we are all eating something different but that fine with me. This = less cooking for me too as a bonus! lol

    Hi! Lindsey, thanks for this video🤗 What do you usually cook for yourself for breakfast? Do you have snacks during the day? Very interesting to learn about nutrition. This is my biggest expense

      I’m not a huge breakfast person, but if I am eating breakfast it’s usually coffee and eggs. I also try to not snack so the only snacks we have are for our girls and their hybrid school.
