//ABOUT ME
Hello, My name is Mert, I am a professional 3D artist with nearly 10 years experience, I have started to share all my knowledge with you, my main software is Cinema 4D and my professions are Modeling/Product Visualization/Shading/Lighting/Rendering/Compositing/Motion Graphics Based Animations.
I am blender user but man your channel is the best when it comes to model stuff. Tools can be different in blender but the technique is usually the same. Thanks a lot for all of your hard work. :)
Thank you :)
Now you're just showing off :)
Seriously, this is THE best subD modelling instructions on the UA-cam arena. Awesome work!
Haha thank you very much
Your videos are that good, When I watch it i feels , is so easy..When I try it my own , i realize the difference between me and you,,,,Thank you for your incredible tutorials..
Thanks, keep practising.
Thank you. Please make some modeling tutorial in which we need to add surface details such as cutting creases, lines, squares on rounded objects. Cut a square hole on egg like object. Thanks

Muito obrigado, Deus te abençoe!!!
obrigada
@@polygonpen De nada abençoada, gosto muito dos seus tutoriais!
Deus te abençoe, fica com Deus 🙏
Nice)Very nice!
Hi there. Great work. Really appreciated. I just wonder your light setup. Could not see the lights. Actually I created exact same setup as yours (I guess) but my renders are dull and materials are less shiny. I expect it to be because of the light. Thanks again. You're the best! :)
Thanks, my main light is the HDRI, there is a rectange light but it is too low to effect the scene, I think you should set your HDRI's exposure to 2 like mine, it may be the problem, select your mitmap in the material( HDRI) and set the exposure to 2.
@@polygonpen It worked. Thanks alot! :)
@polygonpen, how do you manage client work with the weekly tutorials? Or you do not work for clients ?
Tutorials are not for Clients or request from clients.
I mean, how are able to do tutorials weekly without being disturbed by jobs from your clients.
@@mutolibbusari979 Oh, sorry, I try not to accept many jobs and I don't work in any studio so it gives me a free time and I am planning to focus on youtube and tutorial stuff more.
Okay nice. What your advice for getting jobs as a 3D artist. How do I promote myself to get jobs.
@@mutolibbusari979 First thing is to have a good portfolio then start to use social media, find a local job and improve yourself and improve your portfolio, most of the time jobs come from your friends or your friends' friends, more people you know more jobs come.
Thanks for your tutorials! Pls tell me what's the different with UA-cam tutorials & PATREON. I need to learn more. Pls be kind to explain or do trail video about tutorials in PATREON.
On patreon the videos are Ad Free, you can get all of my scene files , there will be big tutorials abut 2 hours only for Patreon, ( 1 or 2 Premium tutorials in a month)I will make a video about that when it is ready.
@@polygonpen Thank you.
You would have won the competition 😂
😁maybe but there was reaaly good ones
oh!!!
Sanırım Türk bir kardeşimizin kanalı, ingilizcesi tam bir türk aksanı içeriyor :)
Aynen :D
Hey buddy, can i request about making normal maps from High poly to Low poly? i saw the one u made with pillar, but it is scuplting. i tried the same principles on hard surface model, and it didn't go quite well.
Yeah, I can't get it work, I mean you can not bake an object from high to low, except sculpting, I tried everything but no, I think Cinena 4D's phong tag is the problem, also C4D has no cage system it may be one of the problems.
How you made the material black? Have you decrease amount on layer mask? 34:49
Layer fresnel dieletric seems work
@@fsm__ Yeah, exactly.
Hi, im trying to follow up with the textures, i have double checked everything but somehow my textures are white instead of black when i add the ggx
try to change the fresnel type, lower it like 1.6 for plastics, for metal parts make it higher than 6.
@@polygonpen thnx! the settings do wonders, i found the missing fresnel type myself but it still was plasticlike because i had it on 1.6. best tuts ever imo! keep it up
how can one join the challenge group

@@polygonpen Allah sizden razı olsun Mert bey.
Sağolasın :)
after usuing blender Cinema4D look's tough
C4D is simpler actually
Hi
Hi
are you sure this is intermediate not advanced 😁
Yeah, pretty sure :)
Waiting for you to post blender tutorials too... Blender community is pretty big and there aren't many Industrial modeling tutorials out there
I don't use blender, maybe in the future but you can apply most of the techniques in my videos to Blender
Process is the same for Blender, Maya, 3D Max. These are universal 3D truths!
Keyboard shortcuts and tool names are different but it will translate.
Dude, we just have this guy, you have milions blender channels hahaha!
thanks. sadly. i now use blender
You can do the similar things, no worries.
Thanks
