Donkey Kicks is a great exercise that works your Gluteus Maximus and Gluteus Minimus more than other butt exercises.
It also works your hamstrings muscles, so you'll have better looks in short shorts and miniskirts.
This video challenge also works well as a Donkey Kicks counter, as many of us are looking for a way to countdown our Donkey Kick reps.

I've been doing these workouts since January and I've seen a lot if difference in my legs, thighs and butt! (lol) this is a really great workout and they work more efficiently with ankle weights!

I'm doing your exercises everyday and the results is amazing.... Actually I'm addicted to doing it everyday whenever I have free time and coz of this quarantine we're all facing now... it's really help me maintain my body figure and lose some unwanted fats...

@@taylorswaylik9787 no i dont use protein vitamins etc. I just work dis workout and drink lots of water and i have no diet too hehe
How many times did you do the workout in a day and how many days did it take before u started seeing results?
I am doing this work out for 2 weeks after two days I noticed a change in my butt and hips thank you 🥺♥️

yessss day 1 completed! im a kid and i managed to do the whole thing and it was pretty easy for my body to handle so ill check back in tmr, im doin this for 3 days for now so lets see how it goes! (im also doing the 100 jumping jacks challenge and a 15-20 min workout vid)
