I have seen so many “Hibachi” chefs in America. None can compete with this level of skill. Very precise, very dedicated.
In my opinion you can only have these skills on that level, when you have true love and passion for what you do. This gentleman obviously has that. Making it look so easy, I can‘t even imagine the hours and hours of training that he put into this. I raise my hat for this great performance. Just sad, I can‘t grab through my screen and take a plate 😁😁

Saw one of these guys twenty years ago at a works Christmas Dinner. It was amazing to see. The hot plate he cooks on is dangerously hot, no chance of getting served cold food. The meal was delicious and I enjoyed every minute of it!
