Hello jee, if you’re craving to make tandoori roti/parathas. Then try this: Make atta roti roll, add butter or ghee on it, you can make laccha style parathas. Or fill your favourite aloo/gobi stuffings or simply add dhania on top of the roll. Turn the oven to Broil mode and put foil on the oven shelf. Put the parathas on the foil and add touch of water in the top side roti and once you see the roti ready then flip to cook the other side. Add ghee / butter and enjoy your tandoori rotis.
