I've always avoided using Windfall as a filler because I just assumed it didn't stack with itself and 5% or 10% just isn't that impactful, but knowing that it does stack with itself is a game changer
If slow shooting rate is a problem wouldn't Recurve help? You use Crippling Arrow only from time to time, while faster charges on every shot is useful... on every shot?
2 shots doing 2300 damage is a faster kill on most Champs than 3recurves doing 3000 damage. Against a lot of beefy targets you can't 2 tap with explosive arrow, recurve is probably better though
With the silence arrow legendary, Bomb King wouldn't be able to explode any of his bombs, and Vora wouldn't be able to use her invincible dive nor ultimate, I really like that legendary with a cooldown reduction on kill build.
It is probably because he takes skill and a good team comp. If not it will feel like you constantly get stomped. Plus, people in casuals ride your ass for being bad at a character. I still play him occasionally but I am not as good as I used to be with him.

I like to have windwall at level 5 I feel like it makes it easier to hit those shots

i got alot of loading bugs recently like 2 every two hours of playing it sucks
Sha Lin makes my PC lag if not i probably would have him over lvl 100 by now for sure.
