2 very level headed ex Dee's. And both happy as they should be as they both made it to the top level of Australian Rules Football. Well done boys.
Yeh but Jack Watts was predicted to be a huge star when he started. His answers here kind of confirmed what I thought all along. He didnt really care about football, he didnt have the drive, and didnt enjoy training. or club life.. Thats fair enough Good Luck to him. Im sure he made enough money to set him up for life.
My feeling personally, is that both players could have been champions, if, and I stress 'if'', they had have moved to St Kilda. St Kilda had the right team profile for these two to really compliment and enhance. It would have been a reciprocal 'win-win' as they say, and no doubt, I suspect most of you in the wider football community would agree. Whether you think St Kilda can surge into the 8 and pinch a flag in '24 is slightly different nuance wise. (but understand if you think it is likely)
@@tubester4567 Morton also had a lot of expectations, Larke medalist at the 2007 U18 Champs, pick 4 etc. What went wrong for him at Melbourne? I see he only lasted 5 seasons and was constantly in and out of the team. What happened?
@@dippy9119 have you any idea about the club at that period ? What a silly question.
@@csbcsb4458 yep I recall Nathan Jones was a dominant force at the time. But I was asking about Morton.
A lot of questionable calls on Lou's handball
In fairness both these boys were really capable players who had their moments. They may not have had the biggest careers ever but they did very well nonetheless.
A great Lou's Handball on the Sunday Footy Show.
Good on you @kanecornes you cant even go for one segment without sticking the boots into North Melbourne. FLOG
He's a meat head he can't help it.
It was a hard brawl bet!!!
I always voted Watts
Not that much going on in Browny's head is there
This is always the such an awkward segment
Who is this Louie Tony mentions at the start? Does he mean Lou? He's old enough to know how to pronounce a legends name surely?
