Transportation is a very good branch, but only if you are doing masters from iits and top nits... Placement is decent with high future prospect (only next to environment) As i said here, it stays midway between structure and environment in terms of current job opportunities.

NIT surat is good for transportation? Bcz I talked with seniors and they give me a very positive response in terms of placement, academic and skill development. They told me that many of the students were placed in good core MNCs who performed good in academics. I also came to know from seniors who worked in MNCs and even in indian companies that sufficient opportunities are available against supply of transportation professionals
