THIS IS A REUPLOAD FROM MY OLD CHANNEL *I found myself watching Tough Crowd clips with Patrice and reached a point where I wasn't sure if I had seen them all or if I missed some... so it inspired the idea to be the first to make this major compilation. I searched up every appearance he ever made on the show and downloaded, cut them up, and compiled them into this video. As much as I like Colin Quinn, I made the decision to cut out his intro monologues and any other guest appearances because this is a video dedicated to celebrating Patrice..... not any other comedians. Some audio difficulties were present in clips where the Left/Right audio channels were not balanced. I tried to fix the issue briefly but I am not tech savvy enough to understand what to do, nor do I have the software (this was mixed in Windows MOVIEMAKER). I recommend listening on stereo rather than headphones. Some clips also have a different aspect ratio, quality and length (cut short). This is not my fault as there is not a vast selection of clips, I chose the best that were available. There is unfortunately no CD collection of this show available, all that can be viewed are VHS tapes viewers recorded when watching the show when it aired. If no one recorded a showing it is now lost in time.... The original commenter is saying that Patrice would laugh at their jokes even when/if their jokes fell flat, either because of the awkwardness or how bad the joke was. He’s not saying that the other comedians weren’t funny, he’s simply saying that Patrice that 1. Patrice found funny in not-funny and 2. He was one of the best/funniest comedians ever, which is true as said by many comedians, he’s a comedians comedian.

Colin Quinn really was Patrice O'Neal's mentor. They were so similar. Two incredibly funny dudes who had interesting viewpoints on life. They both were overlooked for the fact they didnt go for cheap laughs. Colin admired Patrice for his integrity, alot of the comics on the show didnt have any

They knew (especially his close pals) that if they cut into him too hard and it wasn’t wit-proof enough, Patrice would tear into their azz and knock down a few years of their stand up career. Especially love the respect he had for George Wallace. Never saw him apologize to anybody before for raggin’ on someone.
