The Khans were on a road of self-destruction allying with Caesar to avenge against the NCR however they were not aware the legion will simply annex them after that. Asking them to leave is the best fate for them.
It genuinely is, the alternatives are either die in a blaze of glory, have their tribe become the 87th tribe to be enslaved by the Legion, or side with the NCR who will “forget” about their agreement with the Khans and relocate them to a barren reservation. The ending where they leave has head to Wyoming and from there build an nation of their own, even get back in touch with the Followers who help them out with that
It's a little funny seeing all the Khans be so testy with you, as in every playthrough I've become at least Liked by the Khans, and even Idolized in a couple of playthroughs.
"Until you do find me something. Though, know that I still plan to lead the Great Khans to fight for Caesar". Yeah good luck with that after LITERALLY killing a legion ambassador.
Another example of how Obsidian is better than Bethesda. You can't just convince the Brotherhood to leave the Commonwealth, you are forced to either work with them or destroy them. No player choice or consequences whatsoever. Hearing about what happened to the Great Kahns in the ending slides made me cry. That's how powerful it was. Plus Bethesda doesn't have Easy Pete so they get an F-
I mean, the Brotherhood in FO 3 and 4 was a major faction, but I understand what you mean. Don't even think there is a minor faction like the Khans or Brotherhood from NV in the two. I'd imagine the closest is the Covenant, and that just boils down to either continuing the synth-trap or not.
Bad take. Context matters here. Nothing can convince Arthur to drop his moral crusade against synths. He truly believes it's technology run amok and thus the Brotherhood's duty to either control or destroy it. The Khans here are beaten back against the wall with over a decade of established lore to fall back on for writing. There's nothing new or fascinating about their situation here. It's simply shit. They're one more disaster away from annihilation. They're lucky to have Papa Khan as a leader, determined as he is. But he is also a moron. It's already incredibly difficult to convince him Caesar sucks. There WAS going to be the option of replacing Maxson as Elder but that got cut. Good riddance I'd say. The quest Blind Betrayal showed us Maxson's true colors, he's too stubborn to compromise with. That's who he is. Obsidian's writing is very overrated, I hated the legion the second I met them and want nothing to do with it. Horrible faction. I only ever helped the Khans out of pity.
nothing bad has ever come of the followers getting involved with tribals, and giving this tribe of chem dealers the means to LARP as Mongols is a good idea

Melissa told her barber to give her the mojave special lmao

They were just crack heads. No loss
Probably the best ending for them
Id say so

Same. For some reason I have a soft spot for them. Might be out of pity
Despite there logo the Kans are like the chillest faction to interact with.
This game taught me "the road to hell is paved with good intentions". Everytime I tried to do "the right thing",the game would punish me for it😂.
I swear bro
Real world is the same. All evil regimes say they are serving the greatest food.
How dies karl walk so fast
Tbh i dont know
tbf if you were boutta get shot to death you'd have some pep in your step

If only Obsidian had involved in Skyrim or at least its writing.
i love the khans, theyre genuinely really cool people who look out for each other and think critically, plus their vibes are unmatched

Why? The khans are basically just bandits.
Why are you crying for a bunch of hypocritical raiders who are better off dead?
Lore of Convince the Great Khans to leave the Mojave momentum 100
I prefer the best ending for me: Having them fight for me at the Dam for a free Vegas. Best ending.
Thanks for the video
I used to hate the great Khans but them leaving was sad
The post narration was uplifting for them at least. They carved a mighty empire over in Wyoming after they rebuilt their strength.
First! Always good videos
Thanks bro, I appreciate you heavy!!🤴
Thought you bring everyone to NCR
In another ending you can unite the ncr and the khans, yes.
Never forget the khans came from vault 15
Can you ally them with the NCR and play yesman
Yes… you can ally them with ncr and ncr with brotherhood and play yesman
You can do yesman no matter what you do in the game

Guessing you can do these quests when you dont have boone and after going into the Lucky 38???
I' d like to see a mod where you can take the Mojave with the Great Khans... something like a 5th way to play the game...
Is it worth preserving a revenge hungry faction without interest for civilization in the long term ?
They're scrappy and that's cute. I like cute things. So yes.
I am not a strategic-thinking courier.
They're not bureaucrats like the NCR or Romaboos like the Legion and thus have my respect.
Yes because eventually they become a legitimate empire. No more Raiders.

How do you get that option to tell them to leave at first place
NV branch of Great Khans and Fiends gotta be the weakest tribes in the whole game
The Strip families, the jackals and the vipers are all weaker. Lore wise, Khans are some of the tougher warriors.
And they're at a low point
