I love it that in the French Court of the time, this very sound, a company just like this, was performing this piece. High Art survives the centuries untouched.
It was a joy to see young people playing and singing a baroque piece.
I am curious to know what is the medium age of those wonderful young musicians ?

All comments give justice to this excellent rendition. The musicality is perfect and very enjoyable. Bravo bravo to this orchestra and the 2 singers (with beautiful voices and perfect diction).

Décidément ce morceau de Rameau mérite d'être connu de tout le monde comme le canon de Pachelbel ou la Sarabande de Handel. Belle interprétation au top ! Admirable !

Grandissimo Rameau , musica meravigliosa e grande opera Les Indes Galantes (Les sauvages); grande compositore e grandissimo studioso di armonia. Bellissima esecuzione , ritmica, allegra , sorridente che vorrebbe, roussoianamente riportarci allo stato di natura , invece ci trasporta nei vertici più alti dell'arte, senza sentire contraddizione. Eccellente esecuzione dell'Orchestra Slovenia Baroque SBO: complimenti a tutti gli orchestrali, ai cantanti e al Direttore al clavicembalo.
Magnifique en tout point, le rythme, les voix, l'interprétation. Bravo à toutes et tous !

Le secret du bonheur humain ! Ces enfants, regardez leurs visages, ils sont heureux, leur âme chante une chanson de bonheur ! Il n’y a rien de plus joyeux que la Terre ! C'est un secret, cette musique faisait le bonheur des Européens il y a bien longtemps, au XVIIIème siècle. Nous sommes au XXIe siècle, mais les sentiments et l’âme des Français du XVIIIe siècle déchirent le cœur des jeunes Européens modernes, les arrachent aux sentiments, les arrachent au bonheur de vivre sur Terre, de vivre dans ce Dieu. Il soprano possiede tonalità squillanti e registri sicuri, con acuti prorompenti; il baritono ha voce scura, stentorea e registri ben impostati... insomma, entrambi molto bravi!
