Glad to hear you are still bearing up. I work on the principle of not listing any newly acquired stuff now that doesn't sell for at least 5 times what I paid for it and nothing listed for under £20. I am, though, still clearing my death pile. Finding th stuff that fits my metrics does mean that I spend about 70% of my time sourcing. Mainly travelling much further away to find new charity shops and even staying away, sometimes sleeping in my car. It would be awful if I didn't enjoy it so much! I carry a little notebook to record which locations/shops are good. I am retired and only do this part-time so don't have your scaling issues though. In the US they think nothing of driving hours to source but there is a lot more stuff there. Consume, consume, consume... Best wishes,Roger.
Whatnot is the way forward I reckon. Great for sourcing and good for selling stuff you've had hanging around for a while. Really like you system for your inventory. Good luck for the future. 👍
Glad to hear it is picking up. Mine is too. Still up and down a bit, but going in the right direction! Interestingly, I used to source all my stock from Vinted, which took me from new to about a 45k 90 day total at around Nov last year. I found that prices on there were steadily increasing, so my margins were getting tighter and tighter though. I don’t tend to buy as much on there now, but I’d like to get back to it, if I can be a bit more strict with what I buy on there. Best of luck!
Love the video again mate, apologies for the comment I left on the other video if it came across in the wrong way. I currently just learning and getting into re selling so your videos are great and full of great information. Might be a video idea for you, commented on another re sellers channel about how much of each sale do you take for yourself and how much you put into stock etc and they said it was a great video idea. Just when you said in the video 'making sure you don't over spend' how do you go about managing that. That's my main worry so far not knowing how much to take and how much to spend, I know everyone is different but would be interesting to see how you do your workings out on what you can take and what you have to put back into getting more stock 😀 Keep the videos coming! And happy selling! 🤑👍
Loving your honesty about the sales. It's important for people to see that, and really adds to your credibility. People out there appreciate what you are doing. Keep grinding.
Simon where are you based ? Caterham I think you said. That’s my sort of way. Have you tried Crawley for mens stuff ? Charity shops have a lot and good stuff.
If you are trying to scale up your reselling business you can't keep doing it from your home (Technsports)unless you have a large, separate storage/processing unit (Commonwealth Pickers).
The thing is Ian, ebay costs + postage +packaging+Fuel Taxes +purchase item costs +++ it all adds up to a very significant significant % profit, especialy low cost items between £10 to £20 region. Of course turnover of £96K is immense but I bet the profit margin is low after you pay your own taxes and VAT. I'm just starting out and in Month 2 with 150 Sales @ Just over £6K , but 25% of that is ebay fees and postage labels. ( I do not do clothing reselling BTW for the most part ). I think your right though, source more online and you must be able to free considerable time any money compared to Charity stores.
Wow, you are a Shining Light in a sea of BS. I wish I had seen your vids years ago. Thank you for inspiring a sad old ebayer to get his crap together. 😁
O I feel for poor Donna selling stuff on vinted to pay her bills to be had by resellers moaning about income not just you hopefully vinted pro will move resellers away from joe bloggs who really need the extra money to get by

I feel like vinted pro can't come soon enough.
I hope it keeps improving for you man, you seem like a genuine guy
Glad to hear things are picking up. Sourcing from Vinted is great in terms of time management.
Look forward to the next video.
What do you find is the best strategy for sourcing on Vinted? Do you look for certain things or just anything newly listed?
Simon where are you based ? Caterham I think you said. That’s my sort of way. Have you tried Crawley for mens stuff ? Charity shops have a lot and good stuff.
The garage isnt very big but obviously not free unless its yours, could you not save a bit of money and store it at home?

How do you source online? 😀
Thousands of places @@ItsLangerz
May I ask why you end the price of most times at 77p?
It’s an American trick! Like Walmart.
