I think one of the things that ended his recent work out fad other then being a fat lazy POS is that dead lift he posted of 500 or 600 pounds or whatever it was I can’t remember at all. Until his recent super athletic foot race against his 270 pound co host where he lied and faked blowing out BOTH his hamstrings cause he was losing.
