To be fair, the 4s have synergy with other abilities. Honestly, that's kinda how it should be. The 4 should be powerful since it's an _ultimate_ but it should have that power thanks to the rest of the kit. Only one that breaks this is Kullervo, but his 4 at least ties into his kit in some way.

I've been so hyped for DE's future over the past few warframes. It's clear that the dev team has finally gotten into the groove of making *fun* warframes, and not just warframes with a fun theme. I know that it might make them less money to make warframes so easy to get, but honestly, it makes me more inclined to spend money anyway, so I can just have some cool cosmetics, or buy more forma for my Kraken!

I actually thought that back when Steve left and the team changed, Warframe was about to go in maintenance mode and updates would be small and simple. I'm glad I was proven wrong, most of the latest updates have been nice and new frames are complex and fun.
Steve is definitely the idea guy which isn't inherently bad since early Warframe really didn't have any direction on what it wants to be, but WF is already over a decade old now. Warframe already established itself strongly that it's better for Rebb and Pablo to step in to polish on existing ideas now.
There's plenty of cosmetics and other utilities that players already spend plenty of money on. DE has kept a good balance so far and hopefully they keep doing just that. 🤞
now if only they made CC friendly game modes.

Last night, I was playing Grendel and had Dante on my team. Looked up and saw I had 40k Overguard from him. Then an acolyte came up and we killed him in about 20 seconds, but after that I noticed my Overguard was at only 102. It was Malice and I was standing inside his bubble the whole time.
So yeah, he's nice to have in a team.
Inside the Dante's magnetize bubble? Because Malice doesn't have a bubble on himself.

One thing I don't see mentioned is that you don't NEED to cast final verse if you mess up the rotation or decide you want to go from light/support spell to attack dark dark without messing up or wasting final verse. You can. Just recast the combination you want without spending the energy on final verse ability.
Dante is THE Dripframe. Can't wait to get him.
@BenjiTheRealest oh don't get me wrong. Oberon has some serious drip, but that's with skins. This guy slaps most warframe's deluxe skin drip, in base form.

@@peahnus9037 so for many warframes, the skin is a multiplier of drip of their base form by 1.3x to 4x depending on their skin tier. You also have to factor in helmet skin faction drip multiplier, which can go up to 10x which is crazy. Usually, deluxe skins have a higher multiplier of 3x drip, but when it comes to helmets, some of them are just strait up broken, doing major DPS (drip per second) to surrounding enemies and allies, outscaling even levelcap.

Yeeeah boi! Grats! I took the day iff work and farmed him in about 3h with a few awesome groups. I rushed him with plat totally worth it. Abulities stnergise and he feels conplete. Fun to play fun to have as a teammate and all around awesome.
Let’s not forget Archon Stretch with either a Wisp teammate, Diriga, or likely Noctua as well (need to test that last one, but based on other exalted weapons, like Baruuk’s, it should work), is a decent form of energy regen.
Also, Primed Sure Footed isn't necessary, since he'll pretty much always have overguard.
... wait, does electric damage on an exalted weapon count for archon stretch???
Not that it's really needed if you have the tome mods though, I suppose. Given how much damage Dante can pump out with his abilities I feel like slapping every tome mod on Noctua, tagging enemies around, and then vaporizing them would be a very good strat. Bring a melee with the gather-on-slam exodia and hit 'em with noctis' altfire for energy for days, or just subsist on universal orbs.

I will say that I'm happy that the last two frames weren't much of a hassle to farm, back when Voruna and Citrine released I was worried that new additions were going to become increasingly grindy to get.
The Light Page/Dark page makes me immediately associate Dante with Final Fantasy XI Scholar's Light Arts/Dark arts so I'm real excited to get this guy and try to color him in honor of the Final Fantasy MMO Class.

Been playing Dante non stop, is really fun and really strong, Good DPS and Good to Support the Team, putting overguard on everyone, and assisting allies with the book buff.

by the way, archon intensify triggers from light verse, so 60% power strength > 44% umbral intensify without the other 2 umbrals.
Only works if you actually heal hp, unless its bugged for dante, same goes for kullervo (even when using combat discipline because it takes hp from your overguard instead)

his "heal" works differently by increasing your max hp and then filling it, so that's prob why.

It's worth noting that you don't really need hornet strike for Noctua, since power strength already acts as a base damage multiplier. I'd slot in a tome mod instead for even more buffs 💪
Dante plus arbitration str invigoration is hilariously fun, got 87k overguard cap with him yesterday.
Even against enemies that can one-shot his overguard, he's still really tanky. Triumph also gives a 45s buff that whenever you get a kill or assist, you regenerate overguard for 2 seconds. And from my testing at least, it behaves like arcane aegis, giving you permanent "overguard gate." As long as triumph is kept up, and you're getting a kill at least every 2 seconds, you're literally invincible.
I did punch through instead of creeping bullseye. The little homing pages sometimes collide with enviro when trying to hit enemies partially covered by terrain
My highest overguard I had with dante was 126k :3 only took over 800% strength from Blind rage, Power drift, Weekly Invigoration, two red archon shards (not tau), and Archon hunt warframe bonus.
Ever since I picked this one up in the bundle, he's easily in my top five frames. Just having more to do to play him effectively puts me into a kind of flow State in tracking the buffs then executing the ultimate, rinse repeat.
Yeah this guy is gonna get me back into warframe for a bit, this seems like the type of character I’ve really wanted to have added

Sounds a lot more interesting and fun once you take Abit of time to check all of his combos. I love it. Gonna buy him and farm a dupe for helminth once I'm back home.

Why do you have Equilibrium on your Dante build though? Does it work with Dante's kit in some way?
Also, even though Nourish got nerfed just a bit, Revenant with Nourish over his 4 and 2 green shards for corrosive, and something like the Hate weapon with its incarnon absolutely shreds the enemy necramech demolishers in the new disruption game mode. Plus, the pulsing energy effect from Nourish helps with crowd controlling and slowing down the necramechs a bit.
he is using Equilibrium because he has little no efficiency
he went full strenght
so equilibrium is there to keep his energy up at all times
since Equilibrium now no longer requires you to have a damaged health
it will always take health orbs to convert to enegy either way as long as you don't have full energy

With how well DE's been doing with recent frames it makes me hopeful for the result if they ever decide to touch up Valkyr.

The newer batch of frames were definitely made with vets in mind and I very much approve. Even if s noob picks them up, they’ll still have to work to unlock their potential
I'm really impressed with Dante so far, he's the first frame in a while where I thought, "man I REALLY need to get that" after seeing him at work. 10/10 DE, keep it up!
Noctua will trigger archon mods with the right ele dmg equiped btw, so archon vitality could make it pump out insane dmg
Dante has quickly become one of my top frames, not because he's really strong, but his gameplay loop i enjoy, just like harrow and limbo, combo your abilities together and make some cool shit happen.
Love the frame, they need to give us deep ui customization cuz having the timers up in the corner is annoying. If not would be cool if they put them near the tome ui, since its easier to remember to look there.
Noone talking about the fact that you can use grimoire for that extra utility tome mods and noctua for pure dps? Like i get it, on grimoire you can only have a limited amount of tome mods but you will need only strenght or efficiency

I'm just happy to play someone who LOOKS good at start without having to buy skins and who also FEELS good to play in terms of all their skills.
EACH skill feels unique and useful. Its such a nice breath of freshair from getting stuff that feels like a better or worse version of a skill that already exists or something like Kulervo (don't get me wrong I love him) who has a 4th ability that feels about as impactful as old Hydroid's puddle.
Honestly kullervo’s 4 works well as a damage CC ability in defense type missions works pretty good.(Also shoot the only ability of dante that’s subsumable is his one and that’s still a really good ability since his exalted works perfectly well in high level and can modes to fit any play style you want
They have honestly nailed every single new Warframe that has release now.
Dante is kinda like a fancier Equinox, might get back into frame and try him out

Personally for me ive been running energy nexus since ive got no arcane energize, keeps my energy topped up since the noctua doesnt consume or stop energy regen while its out but ill probably switch it out when i get the arcane

there is always like so many elites that would get your energy charged from them
So I like what they are doing with the rotation system, however I feel if each one gets stronger than the last it could become an issue..especially with the lack of C rotations
I've had over 121k overgaurd shield so far and it just wipes rooms even after hours SP survival it's godly combined with onos even without a riven it was one shotting the acolytes so nice to have a new SP farming frame gg DE 👌😁

Really hope all new warframes going forward are as fun. I was highly surprised by how much fun he would be. Hopefully, they dont nerf him but elevate other frames to match.

Honestly, with how potent his damage is, and how the canticles work? Noctua with all tome mods sounds *potent.* Who needs it doing damage when you can use it to tag folks around and then cast a spell to vaporize everything nearby.

It's the ephemera from Grendel Prime's accessorie bundle, so sadly it is currently unobtainable until it shows up in prime resurgence
8:43 Wait since when do the weapon arcane effects carry over to the exhalted weapons? After hearing you say cascadia flare also boost the Tome i went and tried Secondary Encumber with Peacemaker in the simulacrum and not 1 element that wasn't on the Regulators showed up

I went for brief respite + fast cast / rolling guard build, but this seems great too.
Are you using Madurai for the 50% increased cast speed + 40% sling strength?

@lag00n54 its for hogh level content; when overguard and shield go down, which can happen quickly and unpredictably under heavy fire, you can roll and get them back up safely within 3 seconds.
Also would advise taking handspring as at high levels knockdown is a death sentence 😳

misinfo: noctua is incapable from benefiting from cascadia flare. it can stack it (Flare stacks on any heat proc you inflict, regardless of source), but its damage is unaffected by the buff.
