The scene where Goku makes it back is one of the best in the entire series. I love the Faulconer score but the Japanese OST is PERFECT for the Saiyan saga, and the OST for that scene in particular was incredible.

If Goku was just gonna get on Nimbus to fly to the battle, he should have just saved the senzu he just ate to BLITZ to the battle area and then eat it.
Yeah this whole "run back on Snake Way" is kind of a plot hole. Goku can just jump off, he knows where the secret Hell exit is. And it just goes straight back to the "Chicken Station." He could have been back in an hour.
Well yes but do you really think that after going to hell he would have reached the secret hell exist in no time? Hell is not small. If he was went back to hell he still would have to cover the same distance. So it's not plot hole
