YT stopped giving me notifications so I searched you today and found this book! I love the clean romance. I listen to these books to take a break from the world, I get totally sucked in. Your a great writer Christine, you do what a good author does- keeps the listener/readers attention.
Loved the story.. I normally do not read or listen to this genre of stories. I stumbled upon this by chance, and am glad I did. The story is built very nicely and the author's narration is amazing. Kudos to you Christine.
I already commented, but had something else I wanted to say. I really enjoy the speed you read at. Normally i listen to things on 1.5-2x speed because people (I guess understandably) talk really slowly in videos and audiobooks. I listened to this on 1.25x, which is the slowest I've ever been comfortable doing. I realize it's a totally random thing to point out, but I really enjoyed feeling like it was being spoken the same as a normal conversation would.
You have done a great job at narration of your own books! These are very enjoyable reads and like these storyline. I am now on the 3rd books and I'm so glad I took a break from my paranormal reading to read these billionaire stories. Thanks so much for posting them to us for free.

At the beginning I was questioning why you posted the handyman billionaire 1st. Knowing you said that they are independent stories, and hearing them both. I think it is/was a better introduction to this billionaire romance style you wrote. Both are fantastic, secret billionaire was harder to relate to and harder to focus on. That said I’m glad I heard it to the finish and really felt like the hallmark romances that brought up a Nostalgic quality that truly made my Friday! Thank you for posting and the amazing content!

Really enjoyed this, i went from DNF on skye warren due to it being a complete smut fest, to enjoying this quick listen, well worth it! I do generally enjoy more mc books but this was a nice break from the norm.
Well you can’t blamed her. Some woman feel the same. Especially when a woman is not ambitious like her. Some woman feel insecure but the man is good enough assured her for his love.
This is a story of overcoming insecurity and recognizing one’s own value. It was a difficult read at points as her insecurities came up so often, as compared to his, which he led with but confronted. It goes to illustrate the impact of EQ on success. It wasn’t my favourite book as her internal ramblings of insecurity were repetitious, but that really is how insecurities go - we stumble along stuck in the ruts of a track, endlessly repeating a cycle of self-talk until we choose to make the decision to get out of the rut and make positive changes. Seeing how she made those choices as she was confronted was worthwhile but hard to hear so often nonetheless.
i finished the story and i really like it . thank u author and wonderful narrator for giving us this great story. may I suggest next time put a little bit of background music just a low volume . anyway thnk u again

100% love the story... my only critique is as a woman narrating please try to find a deeper tone for the men... if you can... your current tone makes the manly man of the story sound really weak... a bit of a softy... a wimp! My opinion on tone of voice is audiobooks fall under two types, A, the narrator telling a story, you never really forget the narrator. B, an attempt to be the story where the narrator fades to the background, like a radio play. Both styles are good. This audiobook is definitely style A, and I think you prefer Style B.
I just love that the narrator is reading rhe srory to us instead of straining our eyes watching or reading. I love this style because i can multitask while listening

As a man.... and not a romance novel fan... I like the stories very much... however men and women differ... men are typically visual vs. women being emotional as part of our perception of intrigue or desire. As a man I try to visualize the story and the male voice just throws me off if that makes sense. I mean no disrespect at all and look forward to new books! It was educational for me. @@edsver222 good point, maybe the author should consider hiring a narrator. There certainly are audiobooks that I can't listen to, based on the narrator. For instance, with Jane Austin mimics I can't listen to a male narrator. Totally breaks my immersion. With my previous comment I was thinking about the author being the narrator, puts this as a Stye A.
At first Kate was making me mad I did not like her character. The very thing he made a fake profile for was all the reasons she was going to leave him in was crying about then she wonder why he made a fake profile is because he didn’t want his woman to look at him differently for one for two he didn’t want his money to be an issue with whoever he was going to fall in love with and that’s all she was crying about irritated me to my soul
While this is a nice story, I was increasingly aggravated by Kate’s insecure feelings getting the best of her over something so seemingly trivial. She leaned on her feeling more than his words, but didn’t entirely trust her feelings while coming to conclusions on circumstantial evidence. She was a huge ball of confusion fighting not to turn into the extreme of exactly what Luke didn’t want.😅
The story was OK it’s just hard to listen to when the woman character that has no backbone always afraid and cup is always half empty. She had a lot going for her. I wish there was a balance to her character.

I would’ve liked it better if there was a female narrator and a male narrator.
With audio books, this is a wish for all of us. But it's uncommon. Some narrators change their voice to a male sound to distinguish who's talking tho
