F1 2023 Anglesey Circuit | Lewis Hamilton Onboard | Assetto Corsa

Here's an F1 onboard lap at the Anglesey Circuit, a motor racing circuit located in Ty Croes, Anglesey, Wales. It first opened in 1997, and the current International GP layout was opened in 2006 after the circuit was redeveloped. It is 3.380 km long ((2.100 miles) and consists of 11 turns. The current lap record is 1:21.287 set by Sean Walkinshaw in a Dallara F302, in 2012's F3. In Welsh, the circuit is known as Trac Môn Anglesey Circuit.
This Formula 1 hotlap is driven in Assetto Corsa with Lewis Hamilton using the F1 2023 Mercedes W14.

This is a very interesting circuit. Perhaps with little works, it could be adapted for MotoGP or Indycar. But for F1, it would need at least 1km or 1.5km more. The scenery is magnificent. I think Lewis would enjoy race there!! Great lap !!

This is a really beautiful setting for a circuit. Look up IRL pics of this track. It's stunning. Strangely not featured in any national motorsport series, either British Touring Cars or British Superbikes.

Yeah! BTCC would race at Mondello Park, but never Anglesey. Perhaps they thought ine infrastructure just wasn't there for a BTCC race.

This would support F-1. Circuit length and turns is on par with Laguna Seca. I got a lot of Mid-Ohio vibes from this track too.

Anglesey is probably my favourite place in the world. Been there about 6 times with my dad, its an amazing place!

Bit of a safety concern would be the fact that the Irish Sea is literally right over the barrier on the curved straight behind the pit straight. Otherwise, great track.
