6:32 you're probably referring to gyroscopes "the moving things" those things are moving in a circle due to the effect of precession.
The reason it's hard to move around and you feel this thing pushing against your hand when it rotates is due to the law: conservation of momentum. This rotor is rotated probably by a BLDC (brushless DC) motor, and it spins about 10.000+ RPM that rotor has a moment of inertia a quantity similar to the mass of an object. Inertia is for rotating objects, mass is for objects having linear velocities. If you multiply the angular velocity vector (axis of rotation, and magnitude) with the inertia you get momentum, more specifically in this case angular momentum. The reason it's hard to tilt it, is because you have to exert a torque on it to change it's axis of rotation.
Fun fact: an object's mass is a scalar quantity, it can be described by a single number, like 10 lb or 10kg, but an object's moment of inertia is described by 9 numbers arranged in a 3x3 matrix (also known as tensor)!! Cool right? Nice teardown

A "nice teardown" or explanation would be taking complex laws of physics and making them easier to understand using common language all can understand. You took simple laws of physics that are easy to explain and made them more complex in order to make yourself sound smarter than everyone else. So, for whose benefit is this comment really for? It's called an impeller. But then... regular fan blades are also a type of impeller. But this one is a centrifugal impeller -- it pushes the air that goes into it to the edges, where it is then channeled into the ring where it ports out. A conventional fan, on the other hand, is called an axial impeller, or a propeller. It pushes the air that goes into it from the sides and back out the front. The centrifugal impeller has a smoother flow because instead of drawing air from the sides and pushing out front with a few large blades, it uses many small blades to draw air from the center, push it out the edges, and then duct it to the ring where by then all the remaining chop is mixed out by the ductwork inside the housing.
