Amy seems to be very vindictive and a sore loser. Case in point, flooding the entire map after the last race because she didn't make it. She was definitely trying to punt Alex into the water, not across the finish line.
I love your little family. Always trying to ensure we have the best content from you. Even if it mean because of Frame rate someone needs to drop out of races. None of us want that. But the fact you discuss it, is honestly one of the truest things that has made me smile for a long time.
Love this performance system, would be interesting to see it in a more normal racing series style on Beam, on circuits. Where you start with a car at like 100hp/ton (0.1ps/kg) then depending on where you end up in the race you get more or less extra power. So like if you're first you get no extra, but if you're last you get 20extra hp/ton or something. Then you do like 5-6 rounds of that.
This is sort of like a tier drop system. I like it. See who can continuously make it up to the top with less and less performance. A bit more random seeing how tight this course was and if you started out front you had a massive advantage but would def work on a different/better course more designed for group racing.
I said it in the first one, I'll say it again, this is just so funny and awesome. I'm not even the one racing and yet I find myself frantically yelling at my screen "OMG, GO GO GO, get out of the way you slowpokes" 🤣😋 I think this will make a good series for you guys, I hope you continue to sprinkle these in every so often. It makes for a nice treat 👍
Watching this, I wonder if the map "Descent Road" would be suitable for one of these through its road area, it's extremelly bumpy though so not sure how more racy cars would work, but watching everyone scramble to try and get past the middle where it dips slightly before returning into the climb could be interesting Edit: Removed map link, probably though was spam(?)
It's probably more fun to just have the water rise a certain level per tick, but it might be more realistic to have it be volume based and slow down as it fills more space.
the mod doesn't work like that, you set a number and the water goes up based on the number you set. you can't play with it like that. I think the most you can do is "set start limit", "set stop limit" and "set speed".
3rd and 4th races endings are lit. Also, what about doing a reverse flood challenge? Start near the highest map point and find a road to drive down. Furthest down without sending it off a cliff/mountain wins.
A race where the water level gradually falls from a high initial point, meaning that the later in the race it gets the bigger and more dangerous the shortcuts one can attempt get.
I love how Alex is normally so calm and gentlemanly when he races but in this series he's like "OUT OF THE FUCKING WAY OR I'LL RAM YOU! DON'T YOU KNOW THERE'S A FLOOD COMING?!"
13:44 "we did end up a little forceful on some of the passes" lol only a few murders, im sure you didnt do them on purpose but i was lol'ing at the thought of you with a massive evil grin as speedbeast and impega flew off of the course at hundreds of kilometers an hour
Great driving! Tip: For the tight corners in the understeering vehicles, try tapping the handbreak instead of breaking, to make a sharp turn. Please make more BeamNG videos! T Y
The best mods are AFAIK, Toyota Crown, Volvo S60/V60 lineup, Honda Civic, Peugeot 205, Bugatti Chiron, Blackpool Superlite. Those are all high quality mods, very complex and detailed. Do you agree?
I like filming these, even when, In the third race on my end Alex just punted me straight off the road, and sorry Impega for spinning you in the second race.
takes me back to the joys of destruction derby all them years ago, only now far more realistic and with real people, so good, beam is massively underrated even if its considered brilliant.n
I had a thought as to how to add another fun variation in the Race The Flood FailRace series. It would be badass to see another hill climb type event, but in the manner that the hill climb itself is off road. So the vehicles to be used in this variation are the type that are able to handle for the most part going more directly up a more steep path up the mountain with areas that are somewhat flat. The main point of this is to incorporate steep areas of hill climing off road, with options for portions being on road part of the time. This will add a more difficult aspect to the Race The Flood series. As an option with this idea, in the specific hill climbing regions there should be enough room for passing other race vehicles, or having alternate routes that will allow for more of a risk / reward idea. I enjoyed how in one of the previous Race The Flood videos at the end of the track, there was the optional 1 vehicle wide bridge, and the slightly longer hairpin corner. Having more optional routes during the race can and will make the races much more interesting. Thanks again FailRace for another Fantastic addition to the Race The Flood series. I look forward to watching more from this series in the future!!! OH and the commentary is such an awesome part of this series as well. Can we expect that the other members of the FailRace team will also do commentary in future videos. Lets say 1 or 2 different drivers every video to help add more commentary, and other perspectives?
Imagine racing the flood at night, which makes it even harder, as the water blends in with the darkness pretty much, and if you crash and still move you'd be without lights to help you
Really loving these race the flood videos please keep doing them 🙏 I appreciate there must be a bit of prep that goes into getting the flood speed balanced for each class of car but it seems like you nail it every time!
That shunt by leathercap to push Alex past the finish in the first race was Lightning McQueen esque
Felt more like LeatherCap was trying to push Alex off the cliff because it's funny.
Is it Amy or Aimee or some other version?
@@SicMvndvsCreatvsEst8 i believe it's amy :)
Alex sliding across the finish line upside down reminded me of Clint Bowyer's finish in the 2007 Daytona 500.
Amy seems to be very vindictive and a sore loser. Case in point, flooding the entire map after the last race because she didn't make it. She was definitely trying to punt Alex into the water, not across the finish line.
already in love with this new "series"
Hopefully it becomes one!
Make it a championship as well. Earn points for finishing in certain positions (I recommend using 9-6-4-3-2-1). Automatic 0 points for a DNF.
Agreed dude. This is really fun and I hope this is a sign it'll become regular!
Me too
I am too, so entertaining.
This is my current favorite series. The Beamng races are always incredible!

Beam videos are always a riot, and the amount of possibilities is incredible.
this was very good fun. a tricky road to navigate and my car choices may not have been the best
Apparently one corner on the route is in danger of being named after you (in the spirit of 'Gambon').
Round 3: *starts*
FailRace: "Peace was never an option"
For those who are looking, the map is called Beam Mountains
You're a saint, thanks!
Thank youuuuu
Thanks King.

No.
Love how beam allows the filming crew to fully express how they feel about Alex XD
I love this series already
_On tonight's FailRace:_
_The hills are alive... with screeching tyres._
_Laddo has a scare._
_And which is better agains the flood - Covets, or VXs?_
I really enjoy these races! BeamNG for the win!
I took a Widgeon and was duly punished for it
Conclusion: never take Widgeon
I love how calmly and accepting you are when having lost, very admirable. Must be nice to have a group of friends online to do these videos with!
Race The Flood has already become my second favourite series from this channel, (Survive The Hunt being my favourite)
I said it in the first one, I'll say it again, this is just so funny and awesome. We need more of this series, it's so entertaining
Yass. These races are dope. Please make more. So fun to watch.
I absolutely love these. I like the high stakes racing, it gives the same thrill as high speed chases in StH
My favorite series. Keep them coming!
this one of the most entertaining game modes Alex!
I agree, it was most enjoyable!
@@tantona9315Yep!
This looks so fun I love it lol
One of the best beammg youtubers

That race starting at 10:20 you were an absolute menace lmao, love it
Yes! more of this series!
This map reminds me of Pikes Peak and not Pikes Peak at the same time lol Great video, fun to watch!
This ist realy fun to watch, keep it up!
The cliff roads map would also work really well. I love these race the flood videos.

Absolutely loving the Beam content
“We’ve survived the water😅” - Once said whilst drowning
These are my favorite races to watch keep them coming
Any multiplayer shenanigans on this channel is just the best
3rd and 4th races endings are lit.

"Helloo and welcome to the show" , this makes my day
18:47 that move was..well let's just say cheffs kiss 💋
I found your channel mamy years ago, with a Rally Stage series, and first Endurodrome DTD videos. Excellent work Alex!
This channel could be just flood races and id be perfectly satisfied
This is my second favorite of your series
this is amazing and the commentary just makes it so much better. "He's visited that bit of scenery a lot" killed me lol.
Keep. Racing. The. Flood. 🙏🏻
I love these race videos man keep doing more of them plz😭😭😭
11:11 "idk if I made contact with that or not" looks back for a split second to see his name disappearing in the trees 😂😂
I love how Alex is normally so calm and gentlemanly when he races but in this series he's like "OUT OF THE FUCKING WAY OR I'LL RAM YOU! DON'T YOU KNOW THERE'S A FLOOD COMING?!"

Honestly really like this
Awesome keep up the good Failracing!
Really enjoyed these races
3:58 Laddo with the plot armour (eurobeat intensifies)
*Uphill Irohazaka jump intensifies*
gotta love how you killed two rivals in the .2 round XDD
great video man !!! love your content
Alex not wanting to admit about punting everyone in the faster cars is hilarious
Really it's the punt victims' fault in this case, they're holding up traffic! Don't they understand there's a flood coming?
Love this series, some of the most entertaining racing ever
I like this!
Yep!! Continue this series!!
Having other POVs would make this so much better
definetley should be a regular series, so fun to wacth !!!
That slide to the finifh was fireee
Yay, another episode of RTF! Love this series.
Delighted you made another one of these, so good 😅
Fun scramble to the top!
bro this series introduced me to ur channel! i love it keep this up😂
Love this series!!
You have that smooth radio voice I bet that you would make an excellent radio sports broadcaster.
10:19 where are those headlight Reflections coming from in the back glass of that truck 😂
I sub's because of these Race The Flood videos! Keep em coming!
Loving this game mode
Great driving!
Tip: For the tight corners in the understeering vehicles, try tapping the handbreak instead of breaking, to make a sharp turn.
Please make more BeamNG videos! T Y
sounds like a motorsport commentator 😂😂... loved it
That's it, you race against the flood to the top and whoever survives demo derbies to define the champion
More more more beam Ng drive multiplayer races please
These are my favourite episodes now
Can we address the fact that the video is 20 minutes flat?? like 20:00. I'm more satisfied than I've ever been by anything. Subcriber earned
amazing race commentary!
YES ANOTHER ONE LETS GOOOOO!!!!
This beam content is great. Loving it.

If anyone wants to know the map is called BEAM MOUNTAIN
Fun and very interesting take on the race. Never seen the like of this one, lol. Yes, good fun.
this is just so fun to watch
Yay! I was hoping for another one of these!
The most Failracey way possible to finish the first race, on your roof 😂
Love this series and quality of the videos!
Finishing a race on your roof is just about the most failrace thing I have ever seen
I like filming these, even when, In the third race on my end Alex just punted me straight off the road, and sorry Impega for spinning you in the second race.
I was hoping he'd throw a "Boop!" in chat for one of those "we may have helped ___ along off of that cliff" passes
4:28 the most FR of finishes... *APPLAUDS*
Love this series
takes me back to the joys of destruction derby all them years ago, only now far more realistic and with real people, so good, beam is massively underrated even if its considered brilliant.n
these are really fun to watch
SpeedBeast must be sacrificed for it to be a proper FR video XD
11:08
That looks fun😁👌
6:43 Looks like Amy lost control right at the start😂
That looked lots of fun :)

Man! Do this on Pikes Peak! Allways wanted to see the carnage a multicar race would cause on that hill☠️
As a game mode, this is unbelievably entertaining 🤣
