It's better to use the original 2.5D lcd than the flat lcd because it looks weird with the thick bezel.
Just use dark mode the curved displays just look fake

His video is reliable when it comes to converting the housing of an iphone. I tried converting my iphone xr to iphone 12 before and its correct. But he didn't declared in his video that he made some few changes at the mic piece. Xr mic piece won't work to iphone12 housing so I abandoned the project.

i already changed my iphone xr to 14 pro but the back camera’s microphone didn’t work, the back camera is farther to it’s camera’s housing and truetone amd truedepth has been disabled
