    Great video! Thanks for sharing.
    I work in an isp company and actually in the middle of a project where I use ansible exactly as shown in this video.
    My ansible playbooks will eventually provision new orders coming from our erp system and will configure business customer's connections through our network. Ansible will do a lot of heavy lifting to setup L2, vlans, ip addresses...etc in our infrastructure. Fun project! Looking forward to get more ideas to upgrade my playbooks from you videos series.

    Thank you so much David again for the willingness to always help and educate your audience, but I have to be honest for a moment here, as soon as this guy started describing himself as expert on this, expert on that, SME, SME, I don't know you all, but his attitude reflected two red flags for me, 1) gleams personal insecurities 2) whatever he demonstrate here will end up disappointing you and on the long run disappoint himself as well... why would you put yourself in that position...total lack of humbleness, This is one of the very few videos posted by David in which I tried very hard not to stop watching it, especially around minute 34:10...

    • @afara2000
      @afara2000 2 роки тому

      SME is common term in American companies who is referred to someone knowledgeable about a system more than others in that company. It's actually nice of him to spend time sharing his knowledge on someone else's YT channel for free. So don't take it personally.

    • @jairunet
      @jairunet 2 роки тому

      @@afara2000 US citizen here, I can say I have been around experiencing those places IBM, AWS, Bloomberg, all similar, politics, bureaucracy, a lot of what some call impostors, this is the main reason why I admire David Bombal, Keith Barker, and one of my favorites this days Charles Judd, who I highly recommend to watch and hopefully one day David can also invite and interview in his channel. Regarding your comment of "appearing in a YT channel for free" Have you seen David, or Keith, or even myself (yes I do have a YT channel as well) asking for anyone to pay for their very valuable knowledge or time? just do the Math, who do you hear about the must around the network engineering community, David, Keith, Charles, etc. or this person, who seems desperately in need of scrambling himself in a simple basic Ansible demonstration video. There was absolutely no need to made it extra complicated showing the github integration or going with a commercial IDE like pycharm. In all honesty... no thanks, I think there are many other resources out there that will be honored to be in David's YT channel, resources that I have seen they already share and support the network engineering community for free! another fact regarding your "free comment" Have you heard about GNU/Linux, free software that took over the commercial server version of Microsoft and all other cloud infrastructures as standard, and! will also take over the network OS systems as well. That I guarantee it, and again GNU/Linux is free!
