In my younger days, I told myself to dance to let it whip, and it was the best aerobic workout anywhere! I am much older now, but I can still do some of those moves. That was when music was really good music from talented people!❤🎉🎉
I am 56 years old and disabled from an industrial accident...63 pieces of Titanium in me from 29 operations...I would LOVE to be a part of this experience and learn these new dance moves...Last time I danced (and I was pretty good) was in the 80's before my accident...but it was country swing and the half step....THIS looks SO MUCH FUN and I think it would do my body GOOD!!!

Trust God, you will do it, have faith He is the mighty healer.This was my era, you are still young.

The first thing I thought of was how hard was it for those “kids” to convince their moms and dads to join in this wonderful project. Some parents seem really shy and a tad self-conscious while others are All IN giving it their all and showing their stuff. I love how they all hug each other in the end like YAY, WE DID IT!

Love it! Remember the kids don’t think their parents we ever young. Just maybe mom and dad used to go out to dance clubs every weekend before the kids came along. I am from the generation that danced to James Brown and Tower of Power. We watched Soul Train on TV . We got down and got back up,again. When we went out dancing we dressed up and boogied all night.
