OMG thank you! One thing I remember that I didn’t talk about was the tiny little plastic juice sippers. They were shaped like fruit so I could feel what they were like. I kept them as toys after haha
What a nice trip down memory lane. Knoebels was the go to place for us growing up. Kennywood was a rare experience, but I have fond memories of the park.
Oh wow! Ok!!! I don’t think I remember that they got rid of the whale. I’m glad they brought him back because of the plush tongue that was my favorite thing as a kid.
As someone that has lived in both Pittsburgh, NYC, and California, I can attest that all these regions have areas that are in a “perpetual state of partial ruin.” There are very run down areas in Pittsburgh, and the area around Kennywood is one of them. There are many other areas in and around the city that aren’t run down at all though.
Oh yes - one of my upcoming videos talks about this as I go to my childhood pgh neighborhood. It definitely seems to have shifted a lot since the 90s and in some good ways
OMG you are incredible. Amazing story
Thank you so much for watching! :)
The smile on your face from re-walking the childhood experiences,.....BEAUTIFUL. Thank you for sharing this dear Sister. PEACE and God bless.

OMG KNOBELS is one of my fav places in the world! I tried to get there this year, but I needed one more day on my trip to do so. I was bummed out!
Wow thank you for taking us with you on this trip back home. I love finding out about your Halloween origins
So glad you enjoyed it!!!!
One time, I was at one of those basketball machines and I threw the ball too hard and got it stuck between the top of the machine and the ceiling.
Ahhahahahahahah! Thats totally something I’d do also ahhahahah
I miss the finale on Noah's Ark too. They got rid of that when they reverted the entrance to the Whale as well
