Wtf is this and why is this in the top hip hop albums of 2020 no disrespect

The jazz music. The trip hop is dope.
But the spoken word dude sounds like a suburban whyte dude who just found out about the Last Poets and one night when he thought he was connecting with mother Africa when he was doing ahayausca with other bare yellow under feeted generics in a circle and..then this was recorded.
The old school Lost Arkestra musicians were down to record in exchange for some hippy vagine.
Too diluted for me. But im used to Watts prophets and Baraka shouting unmixed pain straight into soul. If you aint have those receptors built through life and dna you wont get what im saying. And thats cool. You are the right audience for this then.
    A salaam ou haleikoum.

@Rasheedah Phillips you didnt have to react to this. Its my view and sincere feeling as a reaction to this.
And yes I ended it with a Salaam. Which is a beautiful greeting. Stop being so dualistic. There's a loooot going on beside your narrow paradigm of a mind.
Im out there..you could have stayed in your bubble. You decided to react.
I love jazz. I love spoken word. But not everything will be for me what it is for you.
      Bye.

More creative expression and that's always a good thing, but, honestly, there's nothing here I can personally cozy up to. Criticizing the performance would be pointless. I suppose there are some of us who prefer to remain close to the 50s and 60s, and the remembrance of historical jazz clubs in New York City and Los Angeles, and the characters who made original classic jazz an indelible part of American culture.
