It's amazing the strength and kindness Demi has, when she was at her lowest cheated on and relapsed...everyone including her children abandoned her...She pulled herself out of that dark hole and now she is there to hold everyone together. I loved it when Demi and Bruce were together...she glowed when she was around him and he was always smiling around her.

I hate it when they piece together innocent comments for the sake of making up a story. I guess that’s what you do when you really don’t have a story or the true skill to report truth.
UA-cam is full of videos like this - pieced together bits and pieces designed to manipulate and disinform people. The worst is when it's spreading conspiracy theories, but this one is bad too. The man is very sick, he has a wife and young children and they should be left in peace.

Couldn't agree more. The headlines they show to prove "from the jump the media was brutal" weren't even written until after their divorce. The first headline, posted in 2011, is from an article that is far more critical of Ashton. The second headline, from a random Indian website (written in 2016), is from a column and mentions her for 2 sentences. The third headline, from 2012, focuses on her mental health and struggles with addiction and anorexia. It is not critical and does not reference her marriage. They couldn't even find a single relevant headline to use in this video.
Wow Demi had been through horrible things no one should have to go through. All she wanted was to love and be loved. Left, abandoned, cheated on and slammed by the media. My heart goes out to her. Unfortunately it is so hard dealing with someone with an addiction!!! There comes a point when you have to let go of a person, allowing them to hit rock bottom in order to save them. People who haven't had to deal with this issue don't understand. I've had to deal with this for two of my kids, and if you don't stop it somehow or someway, they Will take you down with them. It is mentality and physically draining and most of all Heart wrenching and Heartbreaking. They have to come to the realization that they will lose everything before the change will occur.
Thats what I first thought. But, it really depends on all the BS they all went through. Some addicts/ etc are Not that volatile, then there are those who are living lives of 24/7 chaos and involving Family members. Im hoping the kids werent exposed to a bunch of nonsense. But, from the sound of it I 100 GET IT, my mother / stepdad was also an alcoholic so Ive seen alot.

It seems that way because they refused to talk with her but we don't see what happens inside the lives of these families where drug and alcohol are a problem. We don't know if they tried talking her out of it or if they did an intervention and she refused. So we can't really judge that that is what happened.

Didn't know she had a miscarriage with Ashton. Didn't know she drank in excess. Didn't know she had that kind of childhood & guess what people can't run from their past with their own families. You have to heal it because it will wreck any relationship. She's human, just like the rest if us. Life isn't always easy to navigate but we get back up & do the best we can the next day. Lessons are learned when lives are lived.

its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldnt just let her go i did all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counselor who helped me bring her back

As I’m getting older (33) I can’t imagine how it made Demi feel about her age and her as a woman with the Ashton shit and her losing her baby. No one can help you fight your addiction. You have to learn to stand on your own two feet. When your family, that loves you, has to step back for their own peace of mind, it can become a wake up call that needs to happen. They did what they had to for her and themselves. She did it though. She fought and in that, they all made it. There's no shame in that.
As a recovered addict, they didn't abandon her. They stopped enabling her. They gave her the space she needed to realize that something had to change.

It’s not abandonment. It’s stepping into a different space so that the addict can see clearer and make the decision they need to in order to survive. You can’t love an addict into recovery you need to love them enough to allow them to find the road to recovery.

It's heartbreaking to see from the outside, especially because I've watched Demi Moore and Bruce Willis in movies and TV shows my whole life. I grew up watching Moonlighting and absolutely loving that show. Demi Moore even made a cameo in the show. They've all had their ups and downs but I cannot even fathom how their family is doing watching this man who seemed larger than life, go down this road. It is a damn good thing that they are all there for each other. They have more important challenges they're dealing with than the freaking tabloid's crap. I wish just the scuzzrags would leave them alone.

We all fall short of the glory of God and we’ve all done stupid things, made bad decisions, have regrets, and get lured into the grasp of Satan. This is why we all need the Holy Spirit to be indwelled in us, put our faith and trust in Jesus Christ and be born again.
Demi had a tough enough childhood as is and then an addiction which could have broken her many times in her life. Her own daughters and even Bruce abandoned her? The whole family should be ashamed.

I had followed Bruce and Demi since the 80s, finding any info about their earlier lives as I could (no internet back then). Yes, both were players, but following their marriage, Bruce became so dedicated to her. On the other hand, she basically used his fame to boost her own tepid career. I will never forget her interview promoting that bomb "Strip Tease", she was asked how Bruce felt about her 'hiring' their daughter, Rumer, for a role. She blatently replied, "He doesn't have any choice". Fast forward after their divorce and her popularity/career is floundering again. Boom here enters the newest heart throb on TV and, not surprisingly, into her life: Ashton Kutcher. Suddenly, again, she is back in the limelight, albeit only temporarily as an arm piece.
Too long a tirade, I know, so in closing, I truly respect Emma and her patience with the invasiveness of Bruce's ex. It's for all the girls, I am sure.

Because once Bruce reverts back he will be stuck in a time he remembers and he probably won't remember the new wife like he remembers Demi and he will be stuck in his mind in a time and place that we have passed long ago and we will have to comfort him and go to that place with him it's probably healthier that she's going to be around at this stage of the game. I thought both families got along so well.
Demi Moore and Emma Hemming bear a striking resemblance to each other. Being a blended family is difficult enough and I feel like people should maybe give these people some space and celebrate Bruce and be grateful to Demi for getting herself together and being there for the father of her children.
