Even Braum, who annoyed Ornn, warrants a mere annoyance.
They can’t afford to add more voice lines for Ornn.

I'm sure Riot will have Ornn voice lines (from his release) that Volibear responds to, lol.
Hopefully they'll also have generic Volibear voice lines that Ornn can respond to (from his release). This takes some finessing, but they've done it before.
Voli will interact with ornn, just not the other way around

So glad him and Janna have interactions! They're both storm Gods but very different despite that
Janna is more like a spirit hailed to become a deity by the people, volibear is a force nature

Janna more represents the wind and the bringing of rain through the wind as she is an ancient Shuriman spirit god who still holds followers in Piltover and Zaun, while the Volibear is a spirit god that represents the harsh conditions of the Freljord and "the storm" that comes with it
@@brosam_ volibear aint formed of people's beliefs, freljordian demi-gods existed with nature, they spring to be, to be exact, they also dont need followers to exist, they're weakened by they wont disappear if people stop believing in them, so to be exact, they are a force of nature
@@carljohngallardo8133 it's been explained in Lord that that is exactly how they're formed, it's weird interactions between the spirit realm and people's beliefs that make spirit gods, and why they need to retain followers to exist. It's also why spirit gods like Volibear and Janna are slowly losing strength

Her water is a primordial demon and one of the ten but now i wonder if it also has properties of a regular water 🤔

The sigil of the storm is summoned by shamans, and it makes volibrear easier to summon. The flavor is amazing. You literally perform a ritual to summon the volibear, and he kills everything when he decends.
He's so COOL.
I love how their costs and stats reflect how strong they are, can’t wait to see Mordekaiser!
Not really... Asol's stats would be a lot higher if so, and most gods too, Naut's would be lower, Nilah's would be a lot higher too, etc
Morde and fiddle are gonna be insane
So Nasus is still the strongest of them all.
only works for certain champs, i dont think fiddlesticks would be a 10 cost with insane statline but lorewise his power is like top 5. Also kindred is only a 5 cost

Shes heading to the Shadow Isles. Wonder if we're getting a surprise 4th champ or if this is a teaser for the next set.
This one is called Fate's Voyage: Onward, so I'm guessing next set is a continuation of the voyage kinda like they did with the darkin sets.

@@dastark_3024or Yorick can summon random ephemeral unit, you knew he could boost the Shadow Isles unit since Shadow Isles got many ephemeral unit. For Vex I'm pretty sure she just a 2.0 Lux that get have advantages after play a few spells...

So our original 4 predicted champs that were the most likely were Volibear, Janna, Yorick, and Nilah. Volibear already had good followers, and yesterday we got explorers, and Nilah just went to Shadow Isles. I think we are still going to get Yorick tomorrow as a surprise 4th Champion.

When Volibear got a full rework in LoL he got his own Champion theme
Noticing new champions has reverted to the quick/slightly longer level up animations compared to the long ones like Kayle, Kai'sa and etc.
Hope this is a design choice and not a lack of budget.
riot must redesign old champs like braum or ashe or zed or even leblanc
That's partially because players actually got annoyed by all the long animations while playing. The initial novelty just wears off quickly so Riot decided to keep them more contained and to the point so the gameplay doesn't feel sluggish

Relentless storm is cast 3 times so Ionia would need 3 denies to cancel it

Also, the fact that counter cards exist is why we're even allowed to have these big spells in the first place. As much as you might hate it, pink region is very, very healthy for the game. The only real card in pink region that's a problem right now imo is Karma.
