Thank you for the video. I'm about to try this out in a few. We bought a house a month ago. We have a fence behind our fence that has two gates. Both gates are locked with padlocks. I'm thinking the last owners had dogs or other animals in the back fence, because that fence is split. I'm dieing to get on the other side so I can clear all the over growth and small trees.

He’s right it’s no different except you may accidentally turn it the wrong way being that on a door their is a way to turn to lock it and a way to turn to unlock it. Typically however if the lock is on the left side of the door frame then it’ll open clockwise and vice versa.
