I love the purl row when doing necklines too, but the Monday Sweater has this technique that the Ingrid Slipover had - you do 2 rows of double knitting instead, which makes it easy to fold BUT it's invisible. Soooo nice
It’s so funny because Malika’s doing the Monday Sweater and we were trying to figure out the difference between doing a purl row and the double knitting 😂😂😂 I literally omitted that and just did the purl round for my Monday Sweater lol but it’s nice to see that there are different techniques to make it invisible ☺️

After all this knitting will you be hand washing this silk dress? It’s so beautiful and will last almost forever if you very gently hand wash and dry flat. I have the Holiday Slipover by Petite Knit on my list for this Fall!
I think it’s great you choose a top down dress👍🏿. Can’t wait to see the finished object. I am afraid to comment this but I find the ankler tee ugly 🫣. Once again you made it look good and cause me to question my opinion. I want to try it but I look at the pattern page and go nope. In regards to folding down the neckline I would have gotten out my crochet hook😁. Or would a slip stitch be too tight🧐. Enjoyed this episode and nice to catch up.

Makes my life so much easier. 😆 The Anker Tee part of the comment made me laugh so hard 😂😂😂 there will be patterns we like and patterns we don’t like and it’s totally fine to express your opinion on it here 🥰 Yeah my fear is making the neckline too tight if I use other methods, so I usually just succumb to learning the new technique that’s recommended and actually find it’s very easy!
