Love seeing all of the different yarn that you where able to get... Watching your yarn haul I was able to get a project that I am working on half done.. I am making figure less gloves now I just need to do the 2nd one then the set is done....
You and your twin are so identical you got me confused a little. I enjoyed your trip and the sweaters you young ladies made I just love; each of your colors are beautiful.
Regarding the yarn from mama / Denmark at 15:30 in the video: it says '100 % local, 100% sustainable, 100% animal wellfare'. And the back says 'untreated wool from danish fine-wool-sheep. (the sheep are) raised and shaved by Bente and John in Jerslev. (the wool is) treated by Maja and Maria in Benløse, and spun by Henrik' :-) Love your videos!
I recently found your channel as I was looking for Mohair patterns (saw you crochet a mohair sweater then!) and have been loving all your content since! I usually don't like watching 1+ hour vids, but the way you excitedly talk about yarns and knit and crochet plans is just so enjoyable and relatable, especially as I've only recently re-started my knitting/crochet journey and keep wanting to buy more yarns haha! Tho I have to hold back as I have a whole suitcase of yarns I bought 3 years ago and never used :') I did buy Alpaca Silk and Mohair Silk yarn from drops to knit a dress with, after seeing many videos inlcuding yours on how good they feel, and did not regret it! So cool to see yarns from other countries and your excitement for it, and thanks for sharing it with us!
@@knitwithkali Haha totally get it and can't wait for your finished projects! Personally had bought 200 euros worth of wool as just a newbie 3 years ago, so I'm really holding back nowadays, seeing how I suck at finishing projects 😆 but I couldnt hold out on the Alpaca and Mohair dress idea with the sale that was going on! Next time I'm going abroad I also have something fun to do now, check out some yarn brands~ Also can't wait to see what you make with the 100% silk yarn from Sysleriget, by far one of the most beautiful yarns I've seen! great haul!
I have some Cumbria yarn in mustard. I love it so much but still haven’t decided what to use it for. I bought it at my lys. Wow didn’t realize you would get to see other countries not just Sweden. Love the yarns you bought ❤ very pretty colours too. I hear isager mohair is the best.
I’m currently doing the Sophie shawl with 200g in the same weight yarn as your hjelholt and I’ve used 1 skein for the increases and the other for the decreases and it’s just one repeat short of the medium. It’s so big and cozy, I can’t wait to wear it 😊
Love seeing what you picked up! Mama Garn says 100% local 100% sustainable 100% animal welfare. If you need more Danish translations let me know 😂 Hjelholt is also Danish.
Hermosa compra 😻 Ya quiero ver las bellezas que tejes con ellos. Yo soy de Uruguay, me alegra que hayas obtenido lana hecha artesanalmente en nuestro país.
56:36 it's 2ply 100% Swedish wool from Gotland Sheep, 190m per hank. This yarn is spun by Båvens Spinnhus, but our new yarn is spun by Hjelholts Uldspinderi in Denmark. This yarn is named "Kajsa" after their dog and is perfect for mittens, shawls and hats.
WOW! So so so beautiful yarns❤. I love Skandinavien. It‘s my second home😊(I wish). You have an idea for a pattern in a few seconds, I need weeks or months 😊 to decide me for a pattern😂. Love your channel❤
Just discovered your channel, I love, love, love your enthusiasm! It's so contagious, I just wanted to reach into the screen to feel all those amazing yarns! Some of them I've held in my hands before and can really relate to how soft-squishy-wonderful they are. Sidenote: the second time you said Schachenmayr your pronunciation was spot-on! Regia is their sock yarn, my grandma swore by it (that was way before knitting became trendy again when options were limited). I love knitting with it and would recommend to check out the Arne & Carlos design line for Norway-inspired colourways if you're interested :)
Lots of vendors sell Manos de Uruguay in the US -including Alamitos Bay and the one in Culver City (forget the name), and even WEBS. Winding up their lace weight can be a challenge.
I would say I prefer knitting because it’s the craft that gives me exactly what I want (when it comes to making clothes), but I still love crochet for everything else. So I think my love for them is just different, but not in the way where I absolutely love one over the other. And tysm!
Prices of the yarns that you bought in Europe, must be very expensive, it is a little hard for me to knitting in finger or dk yarns , I am from Peru 🇵🇪 but your yarns are beautiful colors🙏

I’ve been binge watching your videos the past couple weeks I’m now caught up to new uploads ❤️

Love love love this hair on you! You guys always pick up the best yarns!
Thank youuu!
I love how you said, you know how I love my browns😂😂😂😂😂😂
Omg yes! Mama's garn! I've been wanting to get that too! Their craftsmanship and ethics are amazing!

Thank you so much for tuning in! I feel you and definitely will be holding back on getting yarn for a bit until I knit through my current stash 😆😆

I'd love to hear a review of your favorite sweaters and how they have held up over time!

I'm getting major easter/springtime vibes from the honse yarn! They are beautiful pastel like colors.
1:08:27 camisole no.5 would be SUUUUUUPER cute with the Noro yarn and some matching shorts 😩😩 sooo gooooddddd

THANK YOU!! 😆 definitely going to use it for the Sophie shawl because it’s gonna be soooo squishy 😩 also I def wanna try the new yarn omg
Wow so amazed by your bold, fun energy! What do you do for a day job? I'm imagining creative director for a startup 😋
Hey Princess! Glad you had a blast in Europe. Blessings in Jesus name to you and family. Keep on Knitting!

Haha I have so many patterns in my library so my brain immediately thinks of those 🥰 ty!

Not you living my dream. 😭😭 Europe hopping and buying yarn. I need to get my coins up and go.

hi!! i love your content it’s just perfect for me to watch while i crochet or knit also i’m first 😄
Thank you!
I don't know if it's your style, but the Lulu Racerback by Leah Prestamo (on ravelry) would look wonderful in that single skein of silk.
I saw this comment and immediately went and bought the pattern haha thank you for the recommendation! 💙
@@knitwithkali You are very welcome! My only suggestion is to shorten the i-cord straps or the v-neck will be very deep.
Hi kalila, i just want to ask if you like knitting over crochet? Btw i love your hair so much. Love from Malaysia ❤️❤️
