I have to say Brinkley has done nothing but impress me. I love the decor, the camp side windows are fantastic and so many more pluses. As far as road mode, if you need to stop at a truck stop or Bucky's do take out and eat in bed while you watch TV, problem solved. Very nice TT for couples with lots of room. The only thing I would add are slide toppers.
How about a storage shelf under the desk rather than wine bottle storage or at least make it optional. I think storage space for laptops or computer equipment, like a small printer or NAS Drive would be more useful. 😊
@21:24 the pull out desktop is still one of my favorite bedroom features brinkley is doing. They could maximize usefulness by putting that floating tv on an articulating arm mount so you could pull it down to use it as a monitor to save on desk space for those who want to use it as a workstation. Then it could be stored and latched away for travel mode. Just my 2 cents.
I love this camper. Brinkley is really got it going on. Taking the rv world by storm . I've had two winnebagos , I won't have 3 I definitely will make sure my next one is a Brinkley. My wife and I are planning now for it. Thanks Josh always on top and bringing the latest and greatest.
I just want to put a request out there…. Can we just double check and triple check the frame structure on these things? We’re talking 14,495 GVWR on a TT. When I compare let’s say dump trailers with the same GVWR, we’re looking at 8” seamless I-beam frame and tongue design. Usually with a welded steel channel and moveable coupler. We’ve seen some cases with other TT’s and lighter frames bending likely from the stress of WDH’s. I’d like to not have to worry about my frame in the future. This trailer is awesome!! Ps I’m not an engineer.
It’s not that difficult😮for just a few hundred dollars more, every manufacturer can offer customers a standard ladder, solar, multiple “comfortable” seating “options” and a decent bathroom with a porcelain toilet, a shower door and a decent bathroom fan and💥💥💥you have a winner👍👍👍
Brinkley does it again. Their RV's are always many notches above. I could live in this with all of my fur babies. Wish someone would buy it for me. A girl can dream.
Notches above... what? If a homebuilder spent the same proportion of money on aesthetics vs. performance as the RV industry, the house would never meet code or pass its inspections. They know how to sell you on un-engineered junk.
The only thing I would add is a bedroom fireplace and an upgrade package with more solar & an inverter included. I wouldn't add lithium batteries with it, since it's usually cheaper to get those after the fact. But having more solar and an inverter from the factory with that bedroom fireplace would be perfect.

OK, here is the list of things that makes great sense 1. 2-40 pound tanks 2. Generator prep under RV where the spear is 3. Larger front box to hold 600 wts. of battery 4. Optional outside window shades to block sun on non- camp side. 5. More light strips on the back of RV, mostly if you have a basket and bikes on back.... It is one of the best appointed travel trailers I have ever come across. I just hope the price makes sense
Hey Josh, Pete here. Awesome TT. Brinkley really hit a grand slam with the unit. Only one thing I would enhance. The rear access to the roof, in my opinion should be one piece from top to bottom. Without having the weight of one body distributed to the top of the unit, it puts all the stress on the mounting hardware on the rear.
Wow!! This does not feel like a camper. Love the door side windows. The huge living space. Love the kitchen and storage. The front bedroom is nice. Love how different they did the storage. The outside looks great. Love the leveling. Thank you josh. Love this!!
Beautiful camper! Great layout! We’ve had two of virtually identical layouts as this one (315RLTS). This looks to be a higher quality rendition. Two things that I would like to see: 1) Shock absorbers on each wheel. 2) Balanced tires for a smoother traveling experience on the open road.
I love this trailer and will consider it when it's time. I would like to see an option (same size) with patio. NOT toyhauler or outside kitchen. Just patio. Maybe move sofa to where recliners are and add two recliners, with patio door between. I have seen it in another brand, but I would prefer a Brinkley. Add the patio and you have perfect couples camper. Also, in the front battery box, make the top tray adjustable. Slide-toppers, just saying.

Thank You Brinkley!! I will be watching for future modifications and floor plans, to buy my 1st RV. This trailer does check all the boxes for Texas weather (2AC units) and able to hook up wash/dryer is a “WIN” win for me. Plus extra access for more Solar Panels ❤ - yes boondocker and a hitch to mount a generator onto just “Thank You” -counting down till retirement.
I do like having the 4 way plug for the rear hitch is great because if hauling bikes and they cover up the tail lights you can put extra lights on the bike rack for clear easy to see running lights nice nice to have

If they can’t make the slide side windows open then they really need a window above the bed for airflow. One window across from the bed is not enough. We love having fresh air as we sleep! Also a wider king bed would be appreciated. Other than that this unit looks exciting!
Needs a rubber stop on the bathroom cabinet door, so the handle doesn't shatter into the mirror when some one in a fit of frustration or generally reaching into the space opens it.
This is by far the nicest trailer I have seen, but Brinkley, please listen to Josh and use a couch with a cup holder. An option to add an outside tv would also be nice if possible. Thanks for another thorough and honest review.
I love this! Would definitely go with the Queen bed and side tables. Love the beautiful cloth couch the chairs are ok and at least they are not the big puffy marshmallow ugliest that everyone else uses but would prefer cloth material. The only thing missing is a full length mirror… I know we’re camping but still! ,
I'd like a smaller version, this is awesome! The dining area, and the windows are wonderful. The only thing I would prefer not to have in it is the theatre seating. Not my cup of tea and they bother me aesthetically. Other than that it's beautiful! Thanks for the tour!
I’ll agree with some others and add something additional. 1. An actual medicine cabinet with lighting in the bathroom. Every little bit of storage space helps. 2. 40lb propane tanks 3. An additional propane quick disconnect on the non camp side that could be used for dual fuel generators. This combined with a decent solar/inverter setup will make a great TT where some bigger 5th wheels may not be allowed.
This thing is like a mobile castle! Outside of the flat deck, the other major difference is that it's only 8 feet wide. Thanks, Nerd, for your great review. You're one of the high points to my youtube day
I think I found the travel trailer of my dreams!! I can think of a few minor modifications that I would suggest. Not a deal breaker. Soooo much storage inside. What's the cargo capacity? I missed it.
The only thing I would add would be one of the small electric heater fireplaces in the bedroom dresser. If you are on an RV park power, it is a free way to heat the bedroom while you are sleeping. Love the Brinkley line.
I have actually stayed in the Asylum Hotel!! It was back in 2017. It was cool. We only spent a day there, but it was a really cool spot. I want to get back out there. There are also some really good wineries out that way I want to check out. Great video y’all. Keep them coming! Thank you.
@@JoshtheRVNerd You have a good point - normally, they're in the back - even sometimes within the slide. For this one, if it were mine, I'd sacrifice some of the bedroom dresser space and have just a sink and small fridge combo. There's plenty of storage without that dresser anyway - could even put in some drawers under the bed to compensate... we have a 22 Freedom Express 252RBS - love your video on it. Love our outdoor kitchen and the open space and drawers under the bed - space is perfect for laundry basket - that's if you don't have a washer/dryer!!! Cheers - thanks for all your content.
Love the layout and appreciate that the road mode access makes it possible to sleep at a rest stop if needed. We would really like to see one more maxxair fan in the bedroom. Why not? It looks like there is sufficient space for one. There are plenty of times when it is cool enough to sleep without the ac turned on but just a little added ventilation is needed to prevent that sleeping in the attic feel.

That may not be possible in a quite literal sense. RV production lines are only so long and travel trailers have square footage restrictions fifth wheels do not have. Otherwise .. yeah
What a beautiful travel trailer! Sadly I have no use for anything this big. Truly wish Brinkley would put all their quality into a 30 foot overall package. TT or 5th wheel. Their Z2900 is the only one that comes close. Thanks for another great review Josh!

Personally, I'm willing to spend more for quality and their famous fit and finish. We just don't need a huge RV.

Also looking at Rockwood 373BH, Wildwood 328BH on your suggestion (wish it was a triple bunk, may have to modify it like we did to our Ibex) I really like the Brinkley units but those prices are retirement level prices. My max tow is 13300, payload of 2300. If we had to buy tomorrow, it would be the Keystone. We’re going to take a look at the Rockwood and Wildwoods over the next 6-9mo
Wish they would have kept the option of stackable washer and dryer. I also liked the mirror doors in the bedroom. That is my only 2 negatives. Other than those it's perfect.
I WANT IT!!! How many of the plugs would work with the inverter? I wish this was standard. My only real critique is a safety one. They really need to add brake lights higher on the camper so when you put your bike rack in the end of the trailer, you can still see the brake lights. Additionally, it would be great if the rear storage doors could be in the sides so it could be accessed with the bike rack in.
This, THIS IS FANTASTIC!! Put a 2nd bedroom & half-bath on the end of this and you have a destination trailer that can't be beat!! As long as you don't have to tow it - have it delivered & set up stationary - this would be the nicest cabin by the lake ever!!
I LOVE IT! This model is reminiscent of the Outback 328RL, *_"The travel trailer that thinks it's a 5th wheel!"_* The Brinkley is more polished; and has more features, though.
Wow it looks like my Z with a few changes. I like the light over the dinesk better. Also far bigger drawer under the stove. Little shelf over tv missing. And of course no stairs…and I love that massive storage in the bedroom.
Silly Uncle Josh, it's not death by a thousand cuts, it's life by a thousand conveniences. The other half likes that there are outlets on both short sides of the kitchen island, but thinks that it needs a cup rinser and the stove cover comes across as appearing flimsy. Regarding the bathroom, she appreciates that it's designed so the user isn't forced to sort of step over the toilet to get into the shower like many other models and that the shower door isn't made to feel like she'd have to squeeze past it to get inside. The light sconces beside the bed are very nice, as is the closet on the left side of the bed. The face made by the junk in the trunk storage door is Luggage Larry, by the way. We're still waiting for our demo unit to test for them. Thanks for the video, Uncle Josh!
As near to perfection as you can get. Some extra sleeping would be what would make it 100% for me. I don’t want a bunk house but maybe two tri fold sofas, etc for occasional non paying customers who want to stay.
Hmm.. trying to think of how a second hide-a-bed could work. cant swap for the theater seat since the sofas would overlap when open And I'm not sure it could go in place of the Dinesk and open without fighting with the island
Yes I agree. Perhaps a new floor plan is needed to do this and/or if it meant losing the island then that would be fine by me (a peninsula may work instead?). Until then a fantastic video & another great Brinkley.
4 way pin is nice when you have a bike rack or other rack that you can actually plug in and has additional tail lights. Nice when your cargo covers the trailer lights
If I were building it I’d recess that entire island. There’s always a pile of shoes in our camper. But, we live in ours for 4 months a year. I know it would be cool if my current one had that.

My kitchen has an island and I’d love it if the bottom was recessed like where that dog bowl goes, except all the way around it. I could put my dogs bowl on the short end and mine, my wife’s and all my kids shoes under the rest of it. I hope that explains what I’m seeing lol.
Hey see if Brinkley will leave the LP quick connect at the back and just add one up front under the awning. The back compartment would be perfect for a pull out tray with my Blackstone grill. That’s a perfect Travel Trailer! Thank you Josh!

@@BobKeefe I’ve got a 12’ hose now with my current rig, I just thought a slide tray at the back of this Brinkley would be perfect for a blackstone griddle. That way I wouldn’t have to pick it up and move it. Yeah it’s not a big deal but why move the Blackstone when you don’t have too.

The Bride and I were thinking of purchasing a Brinkley fifth wheel. This travel trailer has us rethinking that plan. Plenty of storage plus we get to keep our truck bed for my tools, etc.
Why don’t manufacturers put either a fold down or pull down extension on the roof ladder. Would make it so much easier getting up to that (on most bumper) 1st step.
MSRP in the RV industry didn't used to be so crazy high. RV MFGs started pumping it up to help people cover inequity in financing. Basically it made the paperwork look better to banks
Brinkley's attempt to compete with Jayco's "Flat-Deck" 5th wheel like the 330RSTS. Nice job. I'd suspect that they will quickly upgrade the auto-leveling to a 6 point leveling systems like a 5th wheel. Jayco learned and changed to the 6 point in one year model. I like the Brinkley roof, wished my Jayco had that same feature.
I want the bedroom Chill Cube for our Z3100!!! The current Furion bedroom A/C sucks big time. It's loud and short cycles (runs for only one minute, turns off for three), so it doesn't cool. This is due to design flaws - the temp sensor is in the unit, not the room, and it sucks the cold air right back in, so it thinks the room is cold when it isn't. Our living room Chill Cube is wonderful in comparison.
So the only add I can really think about is rear brake lights and turn signals- If they added a set higher or did a strip on each side like boogie lights it would help if you use the rear receiver for a bike rack. The Bikes will obscure the sight of the current brake lights.

This is exactly what we want. Very nice layout for our spot by the sea. We have a full 180 deg view of the sea so a larger back window would be nice. I can't wait to see it in Canada.

The power outlet under the sliding dinette table...it seems like once you plug something in you aren't able to move the table because the cord to whatever is plugged in there would be in the way. Can they move the power outlets ABOVE the dinette table? Also, I'm glad they got rid of the light fixtures over the dinette, the ones that look like they were made with PVC pipe with two lightbulbs sticking out of it. LOL I loved the interior design of the 3100 but that light fixture made me cringe. LOL Beautiful travel trailer. I love Class A's but Brinkley has got a girl looking at towables. Thanks for your witty and informative videos, Josh. You provide a lot of insight into these campers and it is much appreciated.
I love everything about this rv. It's definitely on my radar for when we decide to upgrade our dutchman tt. If I had to not pick something I'm not the biggest fan of the yellowish light brown color on reclines I prefer a darker brown myself. Nothing I've seen would deter me from purchasing this rv though.
Brinkley is absolutely amazing. The only thought I had, when you were talking about the mirror in the bedroom - what if one of those sections below the hooks was a full length mirror, to check out your outfit??? Just a thought! Love your videos!
Gonna need a bigger truck to tow this monster. Silverado 2500 or 3500 diesel will do the job nicely. Now all I need is a bag of $$$ to pay for it all. LOL. Great video Josh.
We have the Z3100 and I would miss not having USB outlets around the bed, both on top at the rear of the wood shelves, and below where the 120v outlets are.
All I could think of when you were talking about the toilet paper holder is We like to move it move it. Does that mean I've watched you too long? I'll take the ottoman, the double windows and the queen sized bed please. Hoping that back couch folds out to a decent size. Now i am off to refresh myself on the 5th wheel version.

1. An actual medicine cabinet with lighting in the bathroom. Every little bit of storage space helps.
2. 40lb propane tanks
3. An additional propane quick disconnect on the non camp side that could be used for dual fuel generators. This combined with a decent solar/inverter setup will make a great TT where some bigger 5th wheels may not be allowed.

I think I found the travel trailer of my dreams!! I can think of a few minor modifications that I would suggest. Not a deal breaker. Soooo much storage inside. What's the cargo capacity? I missed it.

Love the camper, and the price reflects all the features. I do like the fact that the frame is not exposed.
The only thing I would add would be one of the small electric heater fireplaces in the bedroom dresser. If you are on an RV park power, it is a free way to heat the bedroom while you are sleeping. Love the Brinkley line.

@@JoshtheRVNerd You have a good point - normally, they're in the back - even sometimes within the slide. For this one, if it were mine, I'd sacrifice some of the bedroom dresser space and have just a sink and small fridge combo. There's plenty of storage without that dresser anyway - could even put in some drawers under the bed to compensate... we have a 22 Freedom Express 252RBS - love your video on it. Love our outdoor kitchen and the open space and drawers under the bed - space is perfect for laundry basket - that's if you don't have a washer/dryer!!! Cheers - thanks for all your content.
Love the layout and appreciate that the road mode access makes it possible to sleep at a rest stop if needed. We would really like to see one more maxxair fan in the bedroom. Why not? It looks like there is sufficient space for one. There are plenty of times when it is cool enough to sleep without the ac turned on but just a little added ventilation is needed to prevent that sleeping in the attic feel.

That may not be possible in a quite literal sense. RV production lines are only so long and travel trailers have square footage restrictions fifth wheels do not have. Otherwise .. yeah

What a beautiful travel trailer! Sadly I have no use for anything this big. Truly wish Brinkley would put all their quality into a 30 foot overall package. TT or 5th wheel. Their Z2900 is the only one that comes close. Thanks for another great review Josh!

I just hope that when they go smaller they don't go cheaper on components (like saving money by not having solid surface countertops, Furrion Chill Cube AC, among other things). Personally, I'm willing to spend more for quality and their famous fit and finish. We just don't need a huge RV.

I WANT IT!!! How many of the plugs would work with the inverter? I wish this was standard.
My only real critique is a safety one. They really need to add brake lights higher on the camper so when you put your bike rack in the end of the trailer, you can still see the brake lights.
Additionally, it would be great if the rear storage doors could be in the sides so it could be accessed with the bike rack in.

This, THIS IS FANTASTIC!! Put a 2nd bedroom & half-bath on the end of this and you have a destination trailer that can't be beat!! As long as you don't have to tow it - have it delivered & set up stationary - this would be the nicest cabin by the lake ever!!

Wow it looks like my Z with a few changes. I like the light over the dinesk better. Also far bigger drawer under the stove. Little shelf over tv missing. And of course no stairs…and I love that massive storage in the bedroom.

Silly Uncle Josh, it's not death by a thousand cuts, it's life by a thousand conveniences. The other half likes that there are outlets on both short sides of the kitchen island, but thinks that it needs a cup rinser and the stove cover comes across as appearing flimsy. Regarding the bathroom, she appreciates that it's designed so the user isn't forced to sort of step over the toilet to get into the shower like many other models and that the shower door isn't made to feel like she'd have to squeeze past it to get inside. The light sconces beside the bed are very nice, as is the closet on the left side of the bed. The face made by the junk in the trunk storage door is Luggage Larry, by the way. We're still waiting for our demo unit to test for them. Thanks for the video, Uncle Josh!

Very nice TT. I think the only things missing are slide toppers and dishwasher prep. But, as it sits, I'd be very happy to have one.

As near to perfection as you can get. Some extra sleeping would be what would make it 100% for me. I don’t want a bunk house but maybe two tri fold sofas, etc for occasional non paying customers who want to stay.
Hmm.. trying to think of how a second hide-a-bed could work. cant swap for the theater seat since the sofas would overlap when open

Yes I agree. Perhaps a new floor plan is needed to do this and/or if it meant losing the island then that would be fine by me (a peninsula may work instead?). Until then a fantastic video & another great Brinkley.
Would love to see a similar model except change the bedroom floorplan to a North/South bed with open side stands fop c-pap users and a wardrobe slide.

I didn't see any slide out covers, should be standard on this price point.
There are some areas like high wind zones they’re not a good idea so the mfg allowed them to be prepped and remain after market
4 way pin is nice when you have a bike rack or other rack that you can actually plug in and has additional tail lights. Nice when your cargo covers the trailer lights

If I were building it I’d recess that entire island. There’s always a pile of shoes in our camper. But, we live in ours for 4 months a year. I know it would be cool if my current one had that.

My kitchen has an island and I’d love it if the bottom was recessed like where that dog bowl goes, except all the way around it. I could put my dogs bowl on the short end and mine, my wife’s and all my kids shoes under the rest of it. I hope that explains what I’m seeing lol.
I do love Brinkley if they are looking for testers I as a disabled Veteran living in a tiny travel trailer would love to be their full time Ginny pig.

@@BobKeefe I’ve got a 12’ hose now with my current rig, I just thought a slide tray at the back of this Brinkley would be perfect for a blackstone griddle. That way I wouldn’t have to pick it up and move it. Yeah it’s not a big deal but why move the Blackstone when you don’t have too.

The Bride and I were thinking of purchasing a Brinkley fifth wheel. This travel trailer has us rethinking that plan. Plenty of storage plus we get to keep our truck bed for my tools, etc.
That's the reason a lot of builders make this layout on trailers!
The trunk is a great place for chairs and tables.

MSRP in the RV industry didn't used to be so crazy high. RV MFGs started pumping it up to help people cover inequity in financing. Basically it made the paperwork look better to banks

Brinkley's attempt to compete with Jayco's "Flat-Deck" 5th wheel like the 330RSTS. Nice job. I'd suspect that they will quickly upgrade the auto-leveling to a 6 point leveling systems like a 5th wheel. Jayco learned and changed to the 6 point in one year model. I like the Brinkley roof, wished my Jayco had that same feature.

I want the bedroom Chill Cube for our Z3100!!! The current Furion bedroom A/C sucks big time. It's loud and short cycles (runs for only one minute, turns off for three), so it doesn't cool. This is due to design flaws - the temp sensor is in the unit, not the room, and it sucks the cold air right back in, so it thinks the room is cold when it isn't. Our living room Chill Cube is wonderful in comparison.
I think they’re possibly adopting dual cubes at some point
So the only add I can really think about is rear brake lights and turn signals- If they added a set higher or did a strip on each side like boogie lights it would help if you use the rear receiver for a bike rack. The Bikes will obscure the sight of the current brake lights.

The power outlet under the sliding dinette table...it seems like once you plug something in you aren't able to move the table because the cord to whatever is plugged in there would be in the way. Can they move the power outlets ABOVE the dinette table? Also, I'm glad they got rid of the light fixtures over the dinette, the ones that look like they were made with PVC pipe with two lightbulbs sticking out of it. LOL I loved the interior design of the 3100 but that light fixture made me cringe. LOL Beautiful travel trailer. I love Class A's but Brinkley has got a girl looking at towables. Thanks for your witty and informative videos, Josh. You provide a lot of insight into these campers and it is much appreciated.

I love everything about this rv. It's definitely on my radar for when we decide to upgrade our dutchman tt. If I had to not pick something I'm not the biggest fan of the yellowish light brown color on reclines I prefer a darker brown myself. Nothing I've seen would deter me from purchasing this rv though.

We have the Z3100 and I would miss not having USB outlets around the bed, both on top at the rear of the wood shelves, and below where the 120v outlets are.
