That was unsportsmanship behaviour. Something with is dsq-ing for competitiv sport (since it was taken as a very serious event).
No matter what titels he got.
Even if Hamilton or so did this, it would me imo dsq.
Never heard of this peanut guy until now.
What a child!
"Ohhh, I was spinning! Sorry, I didn't mean..."
He wasn't spinning - he lifted off 2 sec before the crash.
We all know it was deliberate & premeditated.
So does Lando - kudos for taking it so well.
Pagenaut knows that we and Lano know - but doesn't have the balls to admit that he was driving like an X-Box 10-year old.
Pagenaut - this is sim racing, not a destruction derby. Go drive somewhere else, you're ruining it for everyone. You KNOW it was deliberate, so do we.
"In real life that would not fly" - imagine if Pagenaud took Lando out in real life too c:
He'd be banned for life
Ryan Remus you really thing lando a f1 driver knows an unspoken rule from the Indy car world
@@justin.burciagaa Agreed, which is why this whole thing is IndyCar's fault. There should've been virtual drivers meetings to outline what's wrong and what isn't. Even without the drivers meetings, IndyCar failed to DQ the drivers who intentionally wrecked others.
wont ever happen, because he wont ever race in F1, cos hes too bad of a driver
@@diofelles Nah, you leave the inside open, somebody's gonna take it. Racing rules since 1900.
Norris still wins the internet regardless and he ain't bad in a racecar either.
What did anyone expect? The lads a Frenchman, and they still haven't got over Waterloo.
Ban him from the game
3:28 wtf he started breaking look at revs
dude he "was pitting"!! lmao
@@danielbum912 OH SORRY
man really tryna deceive people knowing he's streaming by saying "he was pitting" and "lets take lando out" bruv you can instantly tell was obvious like Rado said he was breaking, thats pretty depressing if you go that far
the fake crys and hand gestures tryna be so real and upset just so he doesnt get exposed 🤣
Gotta love Lando's reaction hahaha
Lando's bad microphone quality laughter is golden
I was spinning, then says he was going in the pit. What a man he is lol
World class acting :)
this race made my night.... the best thing on quarentine 2020
Sure it was. So entertaining and seeing everyone mad at each other is priceless. I´m lovin Twitter right now LOTS of drama
I just can't understand how such an experienced and accomplished 35years old driver could do something like this. I mean, he's a goddamn Indy 500 and Indycar championship winner, how, HOW can you lose your temper in a virtual race. It's just a game.
Well it is just a "game" but you actually get some real effects in heat of the moment like adrenaline rush. I've been soaked in sweat after some nerve wrecking races in iRacing.
This one seems to be more of ego/personality related.. he is just a sore loser manchild.
Perhaps in real Indy car there is some unwritten rule about this in the name of safety and the risk of a bad and life threatening accident for someone on the outside, but this is not real indy car, and there is no life threatening situation and Lando had and gave plenty of space. Pretty sad move by this guy
Exactly, that is where the "it's just a game bro" argument actually works. You can take more risks in the virtual world because if you crash it doesn't end with dead people. That is no excuse for blatently ruining the entire race though.
omg he lifted off the the video from his dash proves it . spinning really lol
It's really ironic that Pagenaud caused a crash over "something you shouldn't do in real life", but then followed up by causing a collision... Something that warrants race-bans and disqualification in real life. And is pretty much the cardinal sin of racing. Then lies about it. And says "it's just a game", but if it is, then why did he respond the way he did?
Yeah, this man's logic is fucked.
“Ahhhh I was spinning”
Ladies and gentleman, we have our new indycar villians.
😂😂😂😂 one of the best virtual racing moments ever
I’ve never loved Lando more
Congratulations fellow Americans, we look like BOZOS...
@Jared F127 yeah, but since he's an indycar driver who took out an f1 driver, indycars gets a bad reputation, hence America does as well
@Jared F127 What was his spotter, the guy complaining because Norris passed cleanly on the inside 3-wide? - "oh, don't do that Mr. Formula One driver, you haven't kissed our American asses enough". pfffft....was he American ya think?
"Oh! I was going to pit!"
Such a bad actor...
It's just a computer game, Lando did the same in practice and they were all having fun. Unlike the fanboys/fangirls.
It seemed like NASCAR's Kyle Busch. What a kid Simon was today. Lando got it good twice, cuz we all know he was supposed to be the winner by merit, and he was superior, just laughing when the salty oldie was ruining his name there. I got pissed tho, almost quitted right at the spot.
Difference is Kyle at least grew up.
Except Kyle would never do this. Learn your shit
F1 drivers > Indy drivers.
i mean sure simon is a asshole but that doesn't mean indycar as a sport is bad
Yea that is why Alonso failed to make the race last year and Hamilton would not have the balls to race at indy because "it is too dangerous".
@@ronsmith6041
Come again, when they have the same safety standard.
@@ronsmith6041 is that also why average drivers in f1 can easily rack up wins and pole positions. Grosjean, Ericsson?
@@amalkallarackal9293 Amal you clearly don't understand motorsport, put Grosjean in a Mercedes and he will get poles and wins. IndyCar is just a better series than F1. Mercedes made Hamilton look like a superstar when McLaren had an average car Hamilton just looked like an average driver.
.....and Lando dying laughing 😂
This is the right way to take it. Laugh ... its a coward Clown.
One UA-camr said this "keeping your head down" is important in racing or in general anything
He is an actor ... oooh i was spinning
Max should join in and let Lando and Max wipe off those dbags.
I wasn't able to catch all of what Max said but I am disappointed by Simon today. He seemed like a decent guy but this was uncalled for
When will these Indy drivers learn that they’ll always be number 4?
Nice win Lando ! NW bro I watched the race you won. The secondary crashes right after are meaningless or non deciding factors end of story.
Stay in F1 Lando. Indycar is full of shameless cheats and sore losers
Yeah the great good old Roman Grosjean and what about Kevin Magnussen, the best drivers in the world, and for what remember the crash gate, and how the great Schumi bump out Damon Hill in Australia, or what hi did to Jaques Villenueve in Jerez in 1997,and so on, ohhh and don't forget yuje Ide. Throw crap it's easy, but at least try to have some search before comment, it's a virtual race, not real.
@@DrColoso What does a tennsi player has to do with this?
@@DrColoso fella here talking 1994 and 1997 when indy didn't even exist lmao. And who tf is sebastián grosjean?
@@Jnaa98 I was talking about the driver, I know there is a tennis player with the same last name, Roman, Sebastian whatever.
@@exa-roli3954 wooh, what a lack of knowledge you have about the IndyCar series, well that's happen when you born after the 2000 and you don't have a clue what happen in the past. And I was referring about the French driver of formula 1, well for me Sebastian Roman has the same last name, whatever.
Poor Lando. He didn't deserve it
Lando has more talent in his little finger than Pagenaud has in his whole body.
First ever SimRacing drama that went around the world...
It wouldn't even be as bad if he didn't immediately try to lie about it lmao
It’s weird because I’m a huge fan of pagenaud in INDYCAR, and Lando is my favorite in F1
Lando= F1
Simon< F1
Verstappen is so mad jaja you can her him in the back
Spotter: In RL that wouldn't work (it's allowed)
Also Spotter: Let's take him out!
xD
when people say “lando’s too nice for f1” this is the kind of nice he is
"What a loser" My King
At least londo so the funny side to it all. Good on him.
"I am racing" in front of the F1 driver... Wow... just WOW.
"he's lifting" busted
Can they show the original crash
who are the background voices with lando
some of his friend and Max verstappen
😂😂 what a child, he’s just mad he got beat by an F1 driver at his own game, great reaction from Lando too making him out to be the fool that he is 😂
Crazy how amazing f1 drivers really are competing for wins on IndyCar
iTs JuSt a GaMe
(Insert mocking spongebob here)
The problem of the indy drivers is they have jealous of the F1 drivers, because they drives an F2 cars
Well what to expect from someone that drives in circle for a living, at least this one didn´t use that nefarious word.
Why He has a full race suit on, in case of hose fire ?
There's a reason lando is in F1 ahead of people like Pagenaud. Simon is jealous of a younger, better more intelligent driver showing him up!
Love Lando!
S🅱️inotto: pronto, Simon? S🅱️innala
Man! A supposed 35yo "dad" is trying to bully a 20yo kid from F1? I can't believe... indeed: what a LOSER! lol
What an absolute flute Pagenaud is in this. Haha! I think the full race suit is the icing on the cake.
i dont get it, what happened
All comes down to jealousy. They all know the F1 drivers are the best in the world. Indy is where F1 rejects go to/old timers who have retired and wanna have some fun.
